Castle was born in sofia. just 5 days after his birth his mom died. a few years later when Richard was 10 years old his father died after a hit and run. he died becouse of lack of ambulance drivers, so when he got older and started at paramedic School to prevent that from happening again. after a few years on School he was done and started for Altis EMS Department. it didnt take long before he saw another hit and run. from that time he wanted to change that and is nowready for a police jobb after 5 days on the police School!

Otto Ladulås comes from an family who migrated to Kavala when he was a teenager,
the familys father was a drug-addict and the mother was beaten by Ottos father.
Both of them where unemployed and lived on welfare.
Otto became fast active in a criminal gang for some years ago because
he wanted to help his community who was struggling against the corruption from politicians in Kavala,
and aswell helping them to get a better future, because Ottos background was a mess...
He hated the politician and even more he was supporting the old N.L.A back in the days with making lots of money on cocaine and other illegal drugs.
But when they disarmed and left,
he lost his sympathies for their cause,
because many poor who had worked for the rebels had lost their income and  in some months poverty increased in the poor communities of Kavala.
During this time Otto also lost his mother who got gang-raped by others in the community.
After the gang-rape she hang herself. He was badly grieving his mother who always had taken care of Otto and he wanted to seek revange without finding the perpatrators.
And one day he saw a cheif in the A.P.D on the television who promised the people that they will do anything in their power to clean out the corruption in the city.
He did not believe it, just like that the politician who promised work, order and stability in the city or the Rebels who said that they would free Altis. 
He know that they all had failed the city. 
The Cheif of the A.P.D holded many of his promises to the people of Kavala and he run into Otto one day while patrolling in his neighborhood and Otto told his story to the policeman and  then the Cheif promised to help Otto to revange his mothers death by saying that he will enforce the law and catch the perpatrators.
The Cheif hold his promises and some months later the savages who did this crime was sentenced to death and some of them got life-time penalties.
After that Otto decided he wanted to enlist and change his lifestyle after being inspired by this Cheif.

Rly? Fraktionerna är ju inne på servern. När det är 10 civs vilket det var igår så var det 2 rebeller och 2 APD. Känns ju verkligen inte som att ni vill ha upp armaservern igen. För nu är den ju lite "uppe" iaf påväg upp.

Ansökningar till poliskåren är stängda då det varit väldigt inaktivt på Armaservern. Alla faktioner är nu nerlagda.
Vet inget om armaserverns framtid just nu men om vi någon gång skapar nya faktioner till servern så får du gärna göra en ny ansökan.

Där är det ju enklast att dom som är bannade och sugen på att börja spela igen gör en ban appeal.
Mycket bättre än att vi ska sitta och unbanna random spelare som vi ändå inte vet om dom kommer spela på cv mer

Det finns ingen som vill hålla på med arma när ingen spelar, dessutom var det inte någon som spelade sen vi släppte en patch så är det ju en "ny" patch.
Så vill ni ha tillbaka arma är det bara in och spela. Jag kan inte göra mycket mer än att försöka få in er att spela.

Själv tycker jag att det fanns för mycket gear på servern. Jag sa det redan då, att man inte skulle införa 5.56 i gang hideout. Det var så lätt o skaffa gear och eftersom de flesta endast var ute efter gear och inte rp, så sjönk intresset när de väl fått tag i en 5.56. De fanns endast ett fåtal kvar som försökte få tag på 6.5, som var betydligt svårare (men knappt bättre än 5.56) att få tag i. Jag vet att en del såg servern lite som vissa ser på WoW, att arbeta sig uppåt tills man får det bästa gearet, men eftersom det nästbästa gearet låg framför dem så nöjde de sig, och lämnade servern strax därpå.

Hello fellow community members!
The day has now come upon you, the day where we will finally reveal some details about the upcoming patch that we have been working on for quite some time now. This patch will be a gamechanger for many civillians aswell as the map itself. In this video i have chosen to present a backstory for a group that will be added into the game aswell as some of the locations that we have added onto the map along with skins. 
Note that as i wrote in the Video Disclaimer all things displayed in the backstory of the video will not be added to the actual server.
Few examples of things that will also be modified in this patch but are not brought up in this video are:
 
- Weapons & Prices
- New map locations
- New features and Buildings.

Även om du kommer in som medic eller inte så tycker jag att du spenderat alldeles för lite tid på din ansökan för att jag ska tro att detta är någonting du verkligen vill! 
När du dessutom ansöker till två ställen samtidigt så känns det hela väldigt oseriöst och då ser vi hellre att du går vidare med din nuvarande positon som medic även om det bara är en intervju i dagsläget!

Bara en fråga rent allmänt har medicsen dött ut på servern den sista veckan eller så?
Eller är det bara jag som tycker mig ha den åsikten?
Är det för lite som ansöker eller vart ligger problemet på att jag är inne vid fel tidpunkt?
