I checked into this and these guys were completly new on the server (ofc not legit reason to break rules) and they did right by themself today and reimbursed issues like this. Are you able to take a discussion with him and see if you can resolve it ? I gave him a 3 days ban for RDM, VDM and lack of roleplay. so he kinda needs to contact you so you two can discuss this (so please be on TS if you are online) if he wants this ban to be lifted.
