Yes then people have to be disconnected from the server when they go to prisen, and get the following kind of message. 

You have been put to jail for 24 hours. Your friends "now" have 10 minutes to resque you, before you are disconnect from the server to do your time!

Remember Citizen; When you do a crime, you have to do the time! (something like that)

A friend of mine is playing "Arma 3 Life" and it isnt so good as he thought. People are robing each other all the time ass well. It is the reason i tried to figure out a way to implement some rules there will make it easy for the admins and players to get rid of throllers and make people think about it before they do a crime. I dont think Altis Life will die, but it will be up to the admins to put alot into the download able mods, make server rules so people RP much more.  

Personaly i think the posibility in Arma 3 Life is great but the grafics are better in Altis Life and you will be able to use alot of the same mods they use ingame if you look on the Bohemia Arma 3 mod pages on the internet
Alot of people is uploading good mods like for an eksample; A lifter mod, Tow vehicle mod, Igiload script, so you can tow vehicle, Load your trucks with storageboxes and pickup vehicles in your mohawk and throw them out of the chopper in the air with paraschutes. 

Maby the server will get more stable with new mods if you can get a download section on CVgaming so people download the mods and have the mods installed instead of it go through the server when people connect?? (i am not a modder or scripter so don't know if this will help)

I have been thinking of a way to implement more RP on this server, and a way to del with all those throllers there dont understand what i personaly think this game is all about... my way is the right way hehe (Just a suggestion) 

What if we implement some new serverrules and a Citizen system, where the civilian can become important where they feel they have a staus as citizen on Altis.

Tell me what you guys think about this idee. I have found a way it could be posible to implement an ingame bank, and other ingame companys and a Mayor as well. But this will not get mentioned in this Topic.   

Citizen System:

People with a Citizen License will get a bankcard so they don’t need to run around with cash and they will be allowed to lend money from a bank. And with the Citizen system the players will get some other ingame benefits as well. If a Citizen go to jail, he will lose this License and have to buy it again. The reason to put this system in the game is to make people want to become a legal Citizen where they think more about what they do, and to implement more good RP on the server in hope of people stop robbing each other all the time.

Se the Bank and citizen benefits from the different Licenses below.
 

Nobel Citizen License (2.000.000 $):

Bank Benefits:
- You can borrow 5.000.000 $ or more in the bank (up to the person who play the bank president), and you only have to pay 20 % in rents. And you Have 3 days to pay back the money with rents.
- You get a Gold Master Card, so you don’t have to bring cash with you, when you want to buy something.

 
Citizen Benefits:
-You have become a Lord of Altis, every Citizen, Medic and Police Officers have to say Lord in front of your name (when you tell them to do so). If someone refuse to do so, they get a ticket from the police of 50.000 or go to jail if they can’t pay or refuse to pay the three times.
-As a Lord you get diplomatic Immunity, which does so that the police can’t impound your vehicles, take your weapon or put you to jail, unless they get permission from the governor or from the police chief.
-As a Lord the medic have to rescue you right a way, when you mention you are a Lord and tell them to do so over the cell phone. (the medic have to rescue people after the following rank; Lords, High-, Average- and Low Citizen. The Medics don’t have to rescue none Citizen).
-As a Lord you can ask the police for assistance or protection, when it comes to any legal business or matter where you need the help of the police. It is though up to the police Chief to decide if the police can afford such an assistance, at the present time, but he still have to give the Lord a good reason for not helping him.
- The Police may not shoot a Lord on sight. If a Lord Citizen is killed by a cop the cop has to explain himself to the police chief and pay a fine off 1.000.000 to the dead Citizens family (the dead person). If the cop can’t pay by himself and the police chief decide not to help the cop with his payment, then the police officer will lose his badge and gun for a period where he is suspended and goes to jail for 10-15 minutes. 

High Citizen License – 1.000.000 $:

- You can borrow up to 2.500.000 in the bank, and you only have to pay 30 % in rents. The person Have 3 days to pay the money back.
- You get a Master Card, so you don’t have to bring cash with you, when you want to buy something.

Citizen Benefits:
-As a High Citizen the medic have to rescue you right a way, when you mention you are a High Citizen and tell them to do so over the cell phone. (the medic have to rescue people after the following rank; Lords, High-, Average- and Low Citizen. The Medics don’t have to rescue none Citizen).
-As a High Citizen you can ask the police for protection, when it comes to any legal business or matter where you need protection from the police. It is though up to the police Chief to decide if the police can afford such an assistance, at the present moment, but he still have to give a good reason.
- The Police may not shoot high citizen on sight, they have to taze them first. If, a high citizen, is killed by a cop he has to have a very good reason to do so, and he has to explain himself to the police chief and pay a fine off 200.000 to the dead Citizens family (the dead person). - You get a Visa Card, so you don’t have to bring cash with you, when you want to buy something.

Citizen Benefits:
-As a Average Citizen the medic have to rescue you right a way, when you mention you are a Average Citizen and tell them to do so over the cell phone. (the medic have to rescue people after the following rank; Lords, High-, Average- and Low Citizen. The Medics don’t have to rescue none Citizen).
- The Police may not shoot an Average citizen on sight, they have to taze them first. Citizen Benefits:
-As a Average Citizen the medic have to rescue you right a way, when you mention you are a Low Citizen and tell them to do so over the cell phone (the medic have to rescue people after the following rank; Lords, High-, Average- and Low Citizen. The Medics don’t have to rescue none Citizen).
 

If people don’t pay back the money in the right time – the admin can remove vehicles from peoples inventory until the right amount of money is paid back to the bank.

Some new Law System Suggestion:

This law system is meant to implement more RP on the server, and where murder and robbery will be treated more seriously if performed.

No none citizen are allowed to do any provoking, hostile, violent or throlling act against other players on the server. All violent and hostile acts will be punished with a 3 days ban the first time, and a 3 days ban the second time and a permanent ban the third time.

A none citizen is defined as a person, who either is a new player on the server without an obtained Citizen license, or a person who has already lost his Citizen License because of bad behaver. As a none citizen you have no rights and therefor you need to prof yourself by earning money fast, so you can buy a Citizen license and join the Altis Community. On this server the punish is hard for crime against fellow Citizen.

Robbing People:

If a citizen rob another fellow citizen, he will lose his Citizen status (Citizen License), and go to jail for 30 minutes (real time) when the cops catch him. If the person try to combat log or disconnect from the server while in prison the person will automatically get another 30 minutes when he reconnects to the server again. And the person will not get his wanted level reset when the server restart, if he dies or if he disconnect from the server before the police catch him.  

If a Citizen robs a none citizen he will lose his citizen license, and get 15 minutes in jail when the cops catch him.

Killing People:

If a Citizen kills a none citizen he will lose his Citizen license, weapon license and get 30 minutes in jail when the cops catch him.

If a citizen kill another Citizen he will lose his Citizen License and weapon license, and go to jail for 24 hours (real Time) when the cops catch him. If a Citizen kill another Citizen in self defence he will still go to jail and the other person who started the shooting will get 24 hours as well.   

If a citizen kill a medic or a police officer on duty, he will lose his Citizen License and weapon license, and go to jail for 48 hours (real Time) when the cops catch him. On Altis it is a seriously crime to kill a medic or police officer on duty.
If a citizen kill another Citizen by accident and both person say so, the person don’t lose his citizen license or weapon license. The same happens if a person by accident kill another person with a vehicle, but here you have to contact an admin to get your driver licenses and pilot licenses back. By accident we mean because of lag or dsynk.

If a citizen kills another citizen while inside a vehicle it is called VDM, and the person will lose his citizen license and all driver licenses, and he will go to jail for 48 hours when the cops catch him.

If a citizen kills another citizen whitout RP it is called RDM, and the person will lose his citizen license and weapon license, and he will go to jail for 48 hours when the cops catch him. If the admin is unsure about an arguing between to people the Citizen who killed the other Citizen will go to jail for 24 hours.              

Red Zones Area (Is illegal Areas):
On the map you can see several Red Zone marks, which is pronounced “illegal Zones” here the law don’t count and you have to be careful. People can shoot you here and the cops often comes here to stop the criminal activity’s there is going on here.
This doesn’t mean that you can kill people unpunished on sight, you still have to RP if you want to rob people or remember to declare war against people before you kill them. And remember the law is still active when it comes to robbery or murder attempts in these zones. You will still get your punish if the police catch you.    

The Bandit Zone is the only place on the map where you are allowed to shoot on sight, and it is the only place where you dont get serious punish if you kill the police, the medic, the rebels, the terrorists and the citizen. The same rules for the none Citizen.

The Rebels & Terrorist:
If you see a vehicle full of rebels or terrorists you can chose to run away, surrender or defend yourself. The terrorist and rebels are all allowed to rob people, and shoot up their vehicles or kill people if they go against them, without it is called RDM.  Therefor it is unwisely to go against them unless you think you stand a chance to kill them in selfdefence. You get no prison time from killing rebels or terrorists, but remember it is the same person you probably are going to buy weapons from, so it is probably unwise to go against these guy.

I have a suggestion when it comes to banksystem and gold buyer system.

What if the weight on goldbars where changed to 20 each and the price on goldbars where seperated into illegal goldbars (75.000) and legal goldbars (110.000). Then you would be able to store 22 goldbars in a large hemtbox (450 weight) which transferred from legal goldbars to money, would be around 2.420.000 per hemtbox Truck. And transferred from illegal goldbars would be arround 1.650.000. 

And!

If it was made so that a goldmine became a legal job instead of the diamondmine, and the diamond picking became illegal and moved to the rebel base or to the mountains near the N.L.F. Terrorists, called "blood diamond or Illegal Diamond" where you had to process illegal diamond (whitewash) into legal saleable diamonds. Like in the movie "Blood Diamond".

If the amount of collected gold from the goldmine where to be stored in a national bank in Kavala (safezone) until the banks gold storageboxes where full, and the police had to take the gold to the gold Reserve and store it there.
This would make the amount of gold in the gold reserve depend on how much gold people collect on the server. And when the weight has become 20 it would almost become impossible to collect all of the gold in the gold reserve because the police would become able to spawn at the airport and go to the gold reserve again (15 min rule) before anyone would be able to come and collect the rest of the gold.

If the rules where changed so no one could interfer with a bankheist except the police when someone has began a bank heist, and it was banneble reason if anyone go into the area and collect gold afterwards.   

I don't think the storage box or boxes in the National Bank should be to large, so the police at least one time every day or every second day will have to go to the gold reserve with the gold. This would make it less profitble to attack the police on the way to the gold reserve, so the real profitble bankheist would stand at the gold reserve instead of taking the gold on the way to it.        

I am not sure if it is possible to make a script that change the gold to legal gold and illegal gold. For an exsample; When the police take the gold from the National bank the name will become illegal goldbars. When someone take the gold from the gold reserve it will become illegal goldbars as well.

When people collect gold in the goldmine it's first called raw gold or goldmalm (weight 30) until processed into legal goldbars weight 20. So people who steal goldbars from the police or from the gold reserve would have to sell it at the rebel island for 75.000 and legal goldbars would be sold for 150.000 in the National bank.    

I think it should be posible to make, and it is never seen on other servers... :)

Player Home Robbery:

One thing i like on this server is that people can't rob people's stuff in their storageboxes.

But what if it was possible to ad a fishingscript to all player bought houses, where you instead of scroll on the mouse and choose fishingnet, instead scrolled on the mouse and choose Make Home Robbery. The reason that it has to be the fishing script is because of the random fish catch system. Her it should be possible to make a robbery script so that you rob randomly stuff as fish. Se below...

This could start a new gameplay in the citys, where the cops have to be on outlook of trucks infront of houses where a robbery finds place.  

In the future it maby should be possible to buy a security system to the playerhouse 300.000 - 1.000.000 k where an alarm sounds go off when the door is opened, after use of a boltcutter, and where a 1 mill security system will tell the police the exact location on the gps as well.

Just a thougt and an idee :) Maby it is possible (have never seen it on other servers)

I’m not sure if it is possible, but i think it could be nice if it where possible to by shares in Companys, and by that way be able to raise the money amount you get every 5 min in the game.

This is a thought to fit this server in the future when more scripts will arrive which also means that people will begin to earn more money ass well. For an eksample the cool towing script which makes it possible to tow 2 trucks together, and collect 2 times the amount.

For an eksample:

Indcome every 5 min: 50 $  

If you buy 10 shares in the company (10 x 100.000 = 1.000.000), Then you would get 500 $ ekstra every 5 min. If you bought 100 shares (100 x 100.000 = 10.000.0000, Then you would get 5000 $ ekstra every 5 min.

Altis Oil Company:

Share Price: 75.000
Indcome every 5 min: 37,5 $  

If you buy 10 shares in this company (750.000), Then you would get 375 $ ekstra every 5 min. If you bought 100 shares (7.500.000, Then you would get 3750 $ ekstra every 5 min.

Maby there could be an "Altis Wall Street" where you could buy the shares. It shouldent be a problem with doners because they get richer every 5 min. The same did they before.

The cool thing in this aspekt is you can become a millionær who don't have to work anymore. It will cost alot og investments and take alot of time, but it will be posible.
