Sen för att göra de civila mer "skötsamma" så kan jag personligen tycka att höja böterna rejält hade gjort polisernas jobb lite enklare då folk hade varit lite mer försiktigare. Mord får du en ticket på vad är det, 8000$? Det är löjligt, borde vara minst 40 000$ imo.
