As you know, a couple of days back a fearsome member of the NLF called cARPEN detonated a bomb in Kavala that killed 14 people and many civilian were also injured! The police manage to track him down and take him into custody but rumor says that the NLF are planning to break him out around 18.30-ish ( AFTER THE RESTART) TODAY! The police are not taking these rumors seriously due to their maximum security facility, here is a Quote from local Police Chief " P.Hudson". , Our facilities are top security and we do not think that NLF got the brains to break him out, Citizens of Altis have nothing to fear! Give me a donut will you Stanford?". But the government think differently of this matter and have put out word that if this "cARPEN" manages to escape then the civilian or Officer that kills him get 500K in reward for their services to the state. But they also warn civilian that this Terrorist may be armed and be escorted by multiple members of the NLF! EVENT NOTES IF Carpen escapes he will start his Trip in Kavala and try to head for PYRGOS along the main road! HE WILL NOT TAKE THE BRIDGE due to security matters.
