THE PURGE EVENT
This event is a reoccurring event that can be triggered by the admins (rank 3 or above). Its scheduled to run ONCE a week!

The idea behind this event is based on the movie The Purge.
The whole concept is not about killing and more violence, its about doing something together and have something to look forward to. Perhaps you can RP like crazy during the week and save your frustration to this event and then trying to find the person you have a beef with w/o any rules for about 30minutes.  This might highlight the importance of RP and behavior on the server unless you want to be hunted!  The movie was interesting and as an event this could work very well or not at all. Lets see how this event progress and its heavily based upon community feedback!
Hopefully we all have a blast and some good times!         This is how it works: Once triggered there will be a SMS sent to give you an headsup about the commencement of The Purge, you have 5 minutes before the event starts at this point!
Now you have 2 options: Fight or Flee (Prepare for fight or get to Safezones incase you dont wish to participate). When the 5 minutes have passed you receive an SMS letting you know the START of the event and there will be an alarm played on loudspeakers scattered around the map (mainly in cities and checkpoints) to help out identifying the start of the event. After that you will keep getting time updates every 5min via SMS for the remaining 30minutes of the Event! All emergency services are suspended during the event! (such as medic ressing and police services).

Rules/Details: Time: Event last for 30 minutes and it runs once a week (A small post in shoutbox/ingame will be made by the admin who triggers it in advance). Where: Everywhere. Safezones are the only safe place where you can escape the event. Rules: SafeZones = Safe. RDM is allowed on the map. VDM is not allowed. New Life Rule (NLR) must be respected. Cops Medics and Rebels are allowed to participate in the event. All regular emergency services is offline for the 30minute event (no resses, no sending to jail, no searching vehicles etc). NEW: News-Crew are immune during the Purge and shall not be harmed. Hunters and Ifrits are not allowed during the Purge Once you die, you have to respawn (no medic ress) No personal insults or acts of aggression via vocal means (no bad language!) Gangs are allowed to co-operate (but remember, its The Purge, even your friends might not be trustworthy!) Else there is not much rules.   Once the event is over normal rules are back into effect and you are once again being flagged down for the crimes you commit. There is no glory to be claimed or any cash rewards. This event is purely for server RP/Community purpose!       SCHEDULE:

Okej jag heter Robin och jag bor i göteborg och är 16 år gammal (alla som jag har träffat tror jag är mellan 17-19 år ) Jag har spelat arma 3 och amra 2. på arma 2 har jag en playtime på ca 1900 och då körde jag på island life innan det stängdes ner... Annars på fritiden så tränar jag simmning 6 dagar i veckan. (och nej inte simskola, jag tävlar i ex jsm, dm osv) Annars så brukar jag spela det mest på. Jag har alltid älskat RPG spel och har kört många av dom och tycker verkligen det är kul.  Ty for reading this and hopefull i will see you in game!

Had a pretty succesful carrer on RLG, where I became liuetenant, which would be inspektör in swedish I suppose. Do you have a working microphone?: I do.  How long have you played on CvGaming?: I did play for about 3-4 months before I found RLG, have been playing here from time to time tho. Have you been banned before?: I have not. Im not planning to either. 2) To follow the chain of command.
3) Not to be abusive nor insulting.

Why should we pick YOU as a police officer? My previous experience would be a plus. I dont know the situation ingame, but last time I played you had a shortage of police officers.
 
What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?: To become a better roleplayer, as well as meeting new friends. Would be great if altis actually became a bit safer. And of course, make the life hard for NLA.
 
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: Without respect people wouldnt enjoy themselfes. Loyalty to the PD and to the civillians. Not to be a turncoat. Without law enforcement there would be anarki.
 
Why are the police faction important? They make sure that the civillians behave. They uphold the laws, and they got uniforms.
 
What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better? Im not too impressed about their shooting and driving skills.
 
Tell us a little about yourself!        I live in Gothenburg, Sweden. I tend to waste my freetime on arma... Im a big fan of GoT, and I put much time into reading them books.

Vi hörde och såg folk skjuta när vi åkte förbi första gången, senare efter ca 5 min hade det hela lugnat ner sig så då skulle vi åka dit och råna dom som var kvar.

Ja, men vi hade ingeaning om att det var oss dom pratade till, vi hade ju sätt personer uppe på byggnaden så vi trodde att det var någon annan dom rånade.

När jag spelar så kör jag efter reglerna, och eftersom att ni inte sagt något till oss så trodde jag att ni skulle följa reglerna som som felsta gör och inte skjutit oss...
Hur hade du trott att vi skulle fatta att det var oss du pratade med när vi inte såg någon? Och du sa det från andra våningen, och vi hade sett andra personer där tidigare så det fanns ingen chans att vi skulle kunna veta att det var till oss du sa det till...

  My name is Robin and i live in Gothenburg (Sweden). Every day after school i go home andplay Arma 3, when i play i play around 4-8h (weekdays) on the weekends i play around 6-9h+. I have played as cop before on onether another server S3K, but that server is down now... But when i played as cop i really enjoyed my time and want to play as it becuse it's    fun and you can help people. Im 16 years old and really love role playing games!

Men, som du säger.  Vi ansluter oss till huset där de båda gängen nyligen haft en skjutning. Någon skriker " Upp med händerna ". Vi vet inte om de menar den andra parten (dvs GB gänget) eller nu oss ( vi vet inte om ni sett oss ). Det mest troliga, tror vi,  är att ni nu kanske vunnit eldstriden med det andra gänget och erbjuder dem att ge upp. När vi sedan går uppför trapporna springer jag och snabbt kikar mot den översta våningen. När jag nu kommer tillbaka till trappgången så blir jag dödad, såklart vi tolkar det som RDM. Ni bör märka att "Upp med händerna" låter väldigt avlägset vilket stärker vår tro om att någon ger upp på framsidan.
 
Kan ha formulerat mig konstigt, men ni förstår nog vad jag menar.
