There was/is some other server that rents a botnet and attacks different servers to make people join their server. When people join their server the server will send you a message and ask you to update teamspeak. That link is virus. The good part is that this is not a attacked mainly aimed at cvg, it probably jumps over the top 100 on gametracker or something like that.
