It doesnt matter, 2 sec is not long enough to start shooting at someone. And decidos come on, you are on ban reqs all the time, you seriously need to read the rules and start following them!

This is a answer to the ban req on cv-D kungen from trazor or what his name is, its waay way down in the bottom of ban reqs

There is no rule stating that two gangs need to rob or hate eachother just because they are in different gangs. Borrow a chopper to another gang? No problemo there either imo, the only thing really that i would say is against the rules is if two gangs rob someone together.

And I have video proof of decidos and his mates vdm:ing in safezone, causing one car to explode, also decidos and someone else from the same gang shift+g:ed other players..!

We in Cv-D agree to what you think about new players getting robbed of everything (meaning basiclly nothing), and we want people to feel that they can play on this server and make money without people always getting robbed. Therefore we have descided that we won't, never, ever rob a ordinary civ unless they Do turtles which is stated in the information thread on the forum about Cv-D, but barely even then i would say!

The smaller gangs that have got some money are the people doing the most civ robberys, and we will give them a hard time in the near future!

I agree with mahone! It would also be Nice with video proof after each gangfight so we can kreep track on who's winning

Im surprised that you havent applied for the A.P.D earlier mahone, but It would suit you to be an officer of the law

The point of arma is that its supposed to be fun and have some action in It, constant farming and rping with trolls in kavala is not fun or so much action.

Reason: Well this is a redicioulus attempt of trying to get a ban, we had a gunfight with them, the medic revived him and we stated a example out of him. This Is whitin 15minutes of last bullet flying which is by the books, and we did tell him we were going to kill him, so It didnt really come as an surprise!

Jag skulle kunna ställa upp som support i framtiden om det skulle behövas då jag är väldigt aktiv och har lite erfarenhet av admln arbete sedan tidigare

N.L.A was going for the drops and they beat us to It a good couple times, so more than 0.1% of the time for sure, how many they got exactly Isnt interesting atleast for me. But surely more than 0.1%

Reason: Vi rånade några vid cement trader, vi ropar åt dom att ta upp händerna.  Dom springer bakom lastbilen och en in i lastbilen varav vi efter flera sekunder väljer att öppna eld. På video klippen syns även hur kraftig d-sync det är från deras sida vilket kan ha lett till att dom inte hörde oss. Därav har vi inte gjort något fel.

Är vid blackmarket och ska handla, A.F.L kommer med en heli och landar. Jag är på väg upp men vänder igen då dom verkar bege sig därifrån. När jag väl landat igen så ser jag att deras heli landar men ser först inte att några stycken hoppar av, när jag väl inser det hoppar jag in i min helikopter och börjar lyfta.
Då springer ett flertal A.F.L:are mot mig och säger något som inte hörs i dånet av helikoptern, jag fortsätter lyfta och han skjuter ihjäl mig och tar mina grejer + pengar.
Jag hade grejer i ett sammanlagt värde av ca: 700.000:- inräknat helikopter. 
Vladimir har från min sida en chans att kompensera mig ekonomiskt annars tycker jag detta är ett solklart fall av RDM och borde straffas enligt server regler.

EDIT: Detta bryter helt klart mot 2 olika regler iallafall!

1. When you're about to rob someone, you have to give the victim a choice (If the victim fails to comply only then is lethal action allowed)

2.  Shooting a player without giving reasonable time to follow demands is considered RDM.

Men iochmed att dom inte gav några "demands" från första början så antar jag att nummer 2 faller bort, dock från första saken man "hör" vad dom säger till dom skjuter är inte 5 sek, 4 om man kollar noga från första skott.

  My name Is Simon, Im 24years old and live i Haparanda (northern Sweden). 

  I live with my girlfriend, dog and 2 year old Son. 

  In my spare time I play (or played, not descided yet) soccer and at fall I hunt moose and bears, Im mostly home with my family (and computer , playing arma basiclly every day and Im restricted to evenings and nights because I want to spend the day time with el familia.

  Im very mature and have good rp (that was said of a policeman on the server aswell), would love to take the next step on the server and try out as a police.
