Well, I was duping and got caught by Afriel and Bobbi and permbanned, my last appeal got declined and i was told to wait 6 months to make a new ban appeal, its almost been 6 months now so therefore im gonna try again. My first ban appeal got declined cause Afriel didnt believe that i was regretfull, but as i said in my last ban appeal, I REALLY AM , I dont know why, But it feels like I have learned myself a BIG lesson. I would like to get a chance to talk to you Afriel and explain on teamspeak that I really regret the things i did... I really wanna come back  

Please! If i would get unbanned I would stay to the rules 100% and NEVER exploit anything.. I would NOT ruin my second chance ...

Ive done it before and i think it was the funniest roleplay on the server, Im good in combat able to stay calm in situations 
  Briefly describe the various tasks of a police officer?: They are making a diffrence to the civilians witch means that they cant just run wild the police is there to contain the situation and upholding the law, upholding a normal society the civilians. What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better? i dont know really i think they are doing a good job atm but some things needs to be better but i can't tell what it is. Describe why YOU would be a good addition to the police force?: I allways try to se the other persons view of the situation and trying to solve it form there, But still im seeing the action from the other side of the law - the good side. and there for i think that i im a good candidate for the police school.
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: i will allways be loyal and respekt the APD
Please provide a roleplay name and a background story for the character applying to the police: My name is Stewie Lorenzo i were in the military untill i retired because i got a wife and child on altis we are living in Kavala close to the beach and police station, so when i start my morning by running on the beach im used to see officers comming to work and help the civilians on altis. At the moment helping out in the rehabiltiation center for the millitary with those who have PTSD.   
Tell us a little about yourself!  Tell us a little about yourself! My name is Carl is 17 years old and attending a class that focuses on computers, which is good because I sit a lot at the computer on my spare time when I do not play computer I play golf. I played a lot of team sports in my younger years so I have no problem working or solve problems with fellow. I want to be a cop because I am interested in off work I would most like to be able to restrict the drug trade at Altis . I'm also eager to play role as a police officer because I have done it before, but got kicked, i know that i did wrong and prommises that i wont do it again.

  Describe why you would like to play as a police officer?: Well, It is not a secret what I did one year ago. During this past year I have regret everything bad I did since day one and all I have been wanting was to join a faction again and I would like to join the police force because that's where I last ended my journey and I personally believe that I got more than enough experience to rejoin the police force. During this last year I have gained a lot of experience, I have learned new ways to handle situations, I have become a better roleplayer and last but not least, I have gained even more knowledge about Arma 3 and Altis Life which is one of the main keys to be a good police officer. Briefly describe the various tasks of a police officer?: A police officer's tasks can be a very long list. It can be all from answering general questions at Kavala market to killing big druglords outside the rebel island. To explain very basic a police officers job is to maintain law and order. To keep the streets clean, to keep the illegal drugs and weapons away from the civilians. Just to sumarize it all it is to protect and serve the people of Altis! Describe why YOU would be a good addition to the police force?: What A.P.D needs right now is a good team spirit. I see myself as a social guy and when someone is social that makes other people to open up even more and if every member of the police force knows each other well then the A.P.D will have a good reputation and will be met with respect among the players of Altis. As mentioned above, knowledge, patience and experience are three important things that a police officer needs and I personally think I got all of those. Another thing I mentioned above was that I fucked up last year and I personally think that I owe the A.P.D a big apology and I would like to rejoin the force because I want to prove myself to everyone out there that I am not the person that I once was and that the person I am today is a loyal one.

If everybody follow the rules and trust each other there will not be any confusions or disputes. As long every member of the A.P.D respects each other and always know that they will have each others back. That is what respect, loyalty and rule enforcement means to me.   
Please provide a roleplay name and a background story for the character applying to the police: My name is Bartowski, Ruuki Bartowski. I was born and raised on a small island called Stratis. When I turned 18 I joined the Stratis police department and there I climbed in the ranks and eventually I joined the Stratis military police (S.M.P). However there was a corruption among the leaders of Stratis so I flew over to Altis to begin my new life. I came here with nothing but my Rook 9mm and one 30 round mag. I did not have any money so I could not afford any taxi or bus so I started walking from Kavala along the main road until I reached the small town of Chalkeia. There I met a friend called Arre Hernandez. He gave me a place to stay at and food to eat so my respect for him increased every day. Every morning me, Arre and his crew called The Underdogs (T.U) went out to "rob" people. According to Arre they were bad people but I still had a bad feeling about it and since I believe in law and order I had to look closer into who the The Underdogs really were and what I found out was not even close to a good thing. Arre and his crew had lied to me so one night when everybody was asleep I took my Rook and killed all of them because they had earlier escaped from the Altis prison so putting them there again would do no good. My journey continued and the past year I have lived in the mountains up north and I want to come back to the civilization and this time to serve the island! That is why I am applying to become a police officer! With my capabilities we can make this a even better and safer island for everybody, including the police force itself.

Detta är min åsikt, men kan nog tänka mig att det finns säkert någon eller några till som delar min uppfattning om detta.
 
Detta gäller serverns regler.
Och om vi ska gå in på detalj så handlar det om Bugge (Emil) som åkte på en 6 dagars ban, för att han fast travlade sina saker från ett hus till ett annat.
Men om jag inte minns fel så står det inget om detta i reglerna om att just detta är förbjudet, förutom att folk säker "sunt förnuft".
Dock är sunt förnuft för en person helt annat för en annan, och detta är något som jag har gnällt på innan under min tid som aktiv spelare.
Om flytta gear via fast-travel är så fel, så tycker jag det ska inkluderas i reglerna så det står klart och tydligt, för det är något som används av spelare många gånger om, även mig själv.
Och ja, det stod en polis utanför hans hus, men innan det ens fanns en polis inloggad höll han på att flytta sina saker, och om det nu skulle vara såpass lack-of-rp så kan admin kåren sluta vara så satans lata och bara lägga upp en regel, för att ni ska få det lätt så skriver jag den åt er nu.
 
General Rules.
§.11 Gear: It´s against the rules to move your gear from one house to another house using fast-traveling, this is lack of RP.
Gear shall be moved using trucks or helicopters from point A to point B to be according to the rules.
 
 
Så svårt var det.
Och sedan så vet Admin kåren om att 90% av servern har flyttat sina grejer via fast-travel, enda gången fast-travel inte används är när spelare 1 skänker sina prylar till spelare 2, då sker flytten med fordon.
Men att dela ut straff för något det inte finns en skriven regel för är lite klent.
Om det brister i serverns regler ska inte en spelare vara den som får ta smällen enligt mig, då får Admin kåren uppdatera reglerna så det står skrivet så ALLA känner till det, även nya som inte hört allt snack om "sunt förnuft".
Skärpning på er, och häv bannen, ta ert ansvar och lägg till regeln om ni vill att den ska gälla, och kom inte och säg att "Ni har pratat om det här förut" heller, för då ska ni prata med alla spelare om den, och inte bara när det sker.
