How to make a ban request (Read before posting)

Before you comment on a ban request/appeal, read these rules.

 

1. You are only allowed to write in a banrequest if you are;

1. the accused player
2. the accusing player
3. a witness or in any other IMPORTANT relation to the Ban Request.

Any other replies will lead to a 48 hour forum ban, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

3. Avoid posting multiple requests all together in one thread

4. Try and keep your comments short, informative and avoid using strong language.


1. Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead, and providing false statements is under zero tolerance - committing such violations will lead to a perm ban.

2. It's up to the Staff to decide a suitable punishment for the violation shown in the ban request.

3. All cases are different and will be judged according to the situation, for example if "Legacy" gets banned 3 days for RDM does not mean "Goatis" has to get the same ban duration. 

4. Punishments might be everything from Compensation to a Permanent ban, questions about punishments are best taken over Teamspeak.

 

When you post a ban request it needs to be within 24hours of the situation, this means, you have 24hours to upload and post a ban request, failing to do so, will result in auto decline

How to make a banrequest (template)

 

1. Create a new topic like this: "Ban request *In-Game name of offender* + date and timestamp".  (ie:  Ban request  Badcheater 2015-10-08 14.00)
    
2. Use following template. Answer the questions and statements.
    

        

            Request Information

           Name: *Your in-game name*

           Offender-Name: *Offender's in-game name*

           Date: YYYY-MM-DD - <Time it happened> 

           Which rule(s) were broken:

           Additional information: Explain in detail what happened.

3. If you fail to upload evidence in form of Video/Pictures and/or fail to provide all the information that is required by the template your request will be auto-declined.
    

4. Wait patiently for a response.
    
5. Spamming an admin/moderator will lead to a warning / forum suspension, We will look through the ban requests as soon as possible
