I love to roleplay, and in my opinion I am pretty good at it. I miss the APD, while looking back in every faction I played the APD offered the best RP situations
I'm not that bad of a shouter, witch sadly enough is needed. I will always try my best.
I'm a friendly guy, haven't notice ever while playing on CvG that people don't like me. I think if I get in we will have a lot of fun together     
 
In a short paragraph, what is your task as a police officer?:
As all other officers, to keep Altis clean from crime and to help and serve the poor civilians of Altis.
Why should we pick YOU as a police officer?
 I have previous experience from being in the A.P.D, as I said before. 
I started out as a Medic, went from cad to chief. Left to join the old fearsome rebels of NLA, felt that my life wasn't completed so I joined the APD. after I join the NLA again. Left and join the civilian life then started once more as a rebel in the HRA.
I have experience of every faction, I understand the game and how to role-play in any scenario.
  
What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?:

As of right now I don't want to achieve. I want to role play and have a good time. Hopefully I might learn something new and can shear my experience to others,
So that we all enjoy while playing and to amend to gather. 
 
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?:
 Everything, I respect everyone and their opinion. They only thing I cant stand is disloyalty behind someones back and not take a stand for you'r own saying.
Why are the police faction important?
 To balance and learn, new players normally goes by the law. If the Police cant show a good standing with the law then people will not show justice and respect. We don't want another pyrgos in Altis 
What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better?
Everyone needs to advance in the own way, the force right now is strong but can always become better.

My name is Marcus, I'm 20 years old. 
Been playing games as long as I can remember, started out here on Cv last September and always love the community. I started to help out in Arma and became a Arma support. 
My goal has always been to help improving the community. I'v also been an Ark admin .

Tjo hej och hallå.
Normalt postar jag alltid på Engelska, eller så ofta det går , men jag valde att ta detta på Svenska! Jag har pratat med samtliga i adminteamet och jag har bestämt mig för att kasta in ena vanten på hyllan och avveckla min verksamhet inom Arma Altis Life.   Eftersom det just nu sker lite nya tuffa grejer så vill jag vara övertydlig med all information och börja med följande: Min nedtrappning har inget att göra med att Hysteria har blivit moderator nyligen (för att eliminera alla konspirationsteorier) eller att vi fått in en ny kodare, det är snarare något jag tyckte va positivt. Att få in drivna personer som en energiboost är alltid bra och en aktiv kodare är guld värt!   Ni undrar givetvis varför nu när vi äntligen har en aktiv kodare och ny energi. Ekvationen är tyvärr väldigt simpel. Även om jag nu hade älskat att fortsätta på den nivå jag gör så är det tyvärr inte möjligt längre. Verkligheten kommit ifatt mig, skaffat lägenhet ihop med min flickvän och jag har fått nys om att jag ej kan jobba hemifrån mer (skall jobba inne på kontoret). Detta betyder att jag inte längre kan sitta 5-16 timmar per dag (har nog snittat på 10) och jag är lite 110% eller inte alls. Och kan jag inte längre investera den tid jag gjort så blir det att mitt intresse svalnar och då passade det just nu att varva ner och låta dom nya personerna kämpa och göra förändringar till CvGamings Altis Life experience samt ta över mitt arbete med battleye, serverdrift, mapediting och liknande!   Och givetvis inte , jag slutar inte tvärt av. Det enda jag har som intresse är ju för CvG att blomstra, även i framtiden och jag går inte heller till någon annan community. Om jag kommer att spela Arma 3 så kommer det givetvis vara på CvGaming!   Anyways, det finns givetvis tusen andra saker jag vill ha sagt och det finns även tusen andra saker som jag glömt, det har ju trotts allt var en jäkla resa där vi räddat servern många ggr (allt från performance till chain-servercrasher) till att ha planer på en sekundär server pga trycket under vissa perioder. Fullpop 90 (limit på servern var ju 75, sedan 80 om ni minns). Medlemsantalet på forumet har exploderat och även antal unika spelare på vår server. Minns inte vad Kebre sa för siffror exakt men det är fortfarande ett väldigt tryck! och givetvis massa andra goda minnen.   Jag kan skriva en lång lista med alla jag vill tacka givetvis, men tänkte hålla det lite kort och koncist: Dolphin, Vic, Rasmus och Afriel - tack för alla spelupplevelser! Gw - tack för alla sena kodarnätter, har känts bra när vi knäckt problem! Och givetvis tack till alla som spelar/kämpar för CvG! Mycket uppskattat   Over and out!  

Började skiftet tidigt denna dagen, åker in mot centa får syn på 2 st bovar, drog på handbojor och sedan tog en selfie med dom för att visa min stolthet att ta fast dessa bovar.
Så gottfolk nu är Kavala säkert igen när jag finns här.

A minority of you may know who I am and what I've done on this server, but for you who don't here's an introduction.

My name is Alfons "Hysteria" Warg, I'm 20 years old and live in Stockholm. Together with a GW and a few other friends we started the CvGaming altis life server as a minor joke in late July of 2014. But it quickly escalated into something we hadn't even thought of. I was at the time the map editor, community manager and the one fixing the balance on the server. 

Fast-forward a bit until October where CvGaming reached its prime when it came to playerbase and active players on the server. This was the time where GW and me still manually restarted the server every 4 hours, we were 2 head-admins running a server that was popping 90 players on most days. Which of course was extremely exhausting both physically and mentally, and since I had some personal and private issues at the time as well I decided to step down as an admin and focus on other stuff instead. 

Even tho I left the server, I never completely left CvGaming. I have a ton of friends in this community that I would never dream of just withdrawing out of my life.

In the beginning of May I started to realize that the server wasn't doing as good as it used too. There were tons more negative posts on the forums than usual. The server population had drastically gone down, and the active players had gone from a dispersion of all sorts of groups to almost only major gangs and official factions. I decided that since the private matters where fixed and I was still jobless this was something I could put time into and actually try and fix. So I contacted Goatis (shoutout to you my friend) and told him about what I was thinking. This then escalated to me personally discussing several matters with the majority of the admin-staff. 
 
But now today I can officially anounce that I have rejoined the CvGaming staff and oh'boy you are all about to see some major changes by us when it comes to server balance and map-layout! I will personally jump around in TS asking about your own opinions about content and such, which is the way I was doing it before. I believe in a server run by the players, not purely by the admins.

Fun fact: CvGamings altis life server would've never existed if I didnt rob GW of his hemtt box on secret one! I later felt guilty about dong it so the group I was playing with (Pyaht and Billy Bob, all former admins) gave GW a free weapon, invited him to skype and started to farm cocaine with him.

There has been alot of discussion lately about the orca itself, currently we feel that it's a bit unbalanced as it is at the moment.
So, now i'm making a poll to let the players express how they feel about it, vote on the poll !

Ämnet togs upp idag, planerade att göra en poll imorgon ( torsdag )

Tycker ''snabb öppningen-funktionen'' som nla och polis har är väldigt dålig RP.
 
Ett exempel var när vi körde fed senaste gången, vi hade män uplacerade runtom i FED, resten körde in med helikopter för att hämta lite guld, när vi ser en Hunter rulla till bommarna, använda shift + h (eller vad man nu använder) och rulla in, skulle han däremot ha gått ut ur Huntern och öppnat bommarna, så skulle vi lätt ha kunnat dödat han. 
 
Polis och NLA är också helt vanliga personer, jag tycker också dom ska få gå ut ur sina bilar för att öppna bommarna, förstår inte varför bara civ's ska få riskera livet när dom ska ut öppna dom, och det är ju trotsallt en RP server.
 
(Nu menar jag ju inte att bommar är farliga, men t.ex. under fights eller när dom tagit fast någon och ska åka till polisstationen och dom använder sina ''magiska krafter'' för att få komma till vissa ställen snabbare.)
 
 
Och varför har egentligen ens NLA tillgång till detta?
 
 
Är inte bäst på att förklara saker som ni ser, men kortfattat så vill jag att polisen och NLA inte ska ha tillgång till snabb-öppning då det är väldigt dåligt RP eftersom dom inte behöver kliva ur bilen och riskera livet om det kanske en fight eller för att komma till ställen snabbare.

I'm a good roleplayer and can always find a solution to the problem. What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?: World peace. Just kidding... that won't happen on an altis server. A good time, a fun time. Higher ranks more responsibility.

Why are the police faction important?Well, Altis Life builds on "TJUV OCH POLIS", so if you take away the cop part it will only be criminals. 
 
What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better? They aren't that bad atm. But teambuilding isnt wrong at any time. Also depends what lacks in what situations, that you have to go through after each fight. I remember that we always aimed for 0 deaths at Bandit. We lost one bandit (When they actually managed to buy) as long I was a cop (2 months give or take). So, after each fight, no matter how big or how small it is, always talk about it and what can be better.
