1) You need to have a good judgement of the situation
2) Have a sharp roleplay, so that you can explain you self good. The good judgment part works great with roleplay
3) Know when to be calm and never overreact. You should always show your good side and not let your anger get to your head because what happend in the past.
4) Know the rules so you dont creat conflicts becuase your lack of knowledge.
5) Most important (imo), act like the cop you are. You shall never offend people or overreact, you are a cop and shall always show your good side to make the people feel safe.
  Describe why you would like to play as a police officer?:
I would like to be a apd becuase i do love my self a good sesion of roleplay. It would even more fun if i could experince that every day. But thats just the in real life part. In the roleplay part i want to become a apd becuase i want to stop criminality on Altis. We need iron, cement, copper etc. But we dont need illegal drugs like cocain. As a apd i want to stop that. But the most thing that disgust me is the slavetrading. That must be stopped. We also cant let the NLA have this much air. They are getting to big and we need to show them that we have controll over Altis. We cant afford to have a terrorist group that encourages people to do illegal drugs. (Yes i involde a bit of rp to make it more fun to read)
  Briefly describe the various tasks of a police officer?:
Swedish quote, Hellre fria än fälla. An APD shall contain a calm envioroment and not make the apd look like tyrants. Apds shall give the civs a good time but with a good balance. Acting like tyrants may make the people feel safe, those who are inocent but if not acting like tyrants civs will feel more unsafe and crime wil pay off more. An APD should not let crimes go away un punished but have a good judgment and you will make the right punishes. If this is failed why do we need apds?   
Describe why YOU would be a good addition to the police force?: Becuase i have a good judgement for when to give certain punishments. I dont want half of the civs looked up in jail but i still want to stop criminality. I also have a good roleplay and i really will show my best everyday, no matter what. I can follow orders and i have always show respect for those who show it back.  
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: Thats what makes a apd good. If he lack on respect he isnt a good apd, he shall always show his best side and treat all civs like humans, even if this is just a game you should always show respect because those who sits behind the screens are humans. If the apd doesnt show loyalty he cant be trusted and isnt fit for the job. If the APD can't contain the rules in altis whats the point with apds, you should know the rules for the right sutations so you dont give bad punishments and so you can prevent Altis from falling apart.  
Please provide a roleplay name and a background story for the character applying to the police: My name is R.Grimes and i am a fysican. But that has never been my thing, i just did it becuase my parents wanted me to. I saw my parents life fall apart. We lived in a small town in Germany and the police ther wasnt so good. My parents fell for the beauty of drugs and i dont really know why but it tore me apart. I called the cops several times but they never was to any help. After a time my parents commited suicied and it destroyd me, imagen a 26 year old fysican whos parents commited suicied. I couldnt work and every night i thought what if i would have been a cop, i could have stoped this in time. I could have given them the right treatment but no, i didnt fulfil my dream because the only thing that was more important to me told me to not do it. My parents. I moved away to altis. It was horrible at the beginning. It made me a monster and i couldnt live with my self. I started training to keep my mind away from the past. It worked. I got my life back on the track at age 28 and i moved back to Germany and fulfiled my dream. I became a respected cop. But i realised my uncel hade it much worse than me. I tried to help him but i couldnt. I couldnt save him... He commited suicied and the last piece of me that kept me alive was taken away from me. My life... it was... ruined.I moved away again, i didnt even have the courage to go to the funeral. Back in my home i started with the wrong things, i joined the wrong gangs but it made me feel alive. Again. In my mind i thought i helped people but i ruined their life, i thought if i took their car they couldnt do the wrong things. But that was just lies i told my self. I started to hide away from everyone. Today i decided to make a police application. I hope that this will safe my life otherwise the wrong path waits.  
Tell us a little about yourself! Mitt namn är Oscar och är 15 år gammal. Jag är en väldigt aktiv spelare på cvg och älskar denna server. Jag läser i åk 8 och har precis börjat med matte på gymnasium nivå.Jag tränar på min fritid bla judo men även vanlig gymträning. Jag hoppas att ni tyckte om min ansökan till apd.

Punkt 8 stämmer (iaf vad jag har hört) men jag har varit polis sammanlagt runt 3 månader. Och har aldrig använt det. Jag har agerat men inte dödat har gått fram och rpat. Sen tar jag det där ifrån. Om det är så att det har hänt så tycker jag det är riktigt skitig rp från våran sida. Tycker också att det bordes ta bort då det säkert finns nån/några poliser som kan använda detta för att få "veva" lite.

Alltid bra att få in lite nytt folk inom poliskåren, man vet ju aldrig om de äldre killarna har börjat bli lite korrupta efter några år. jag har också det mesta som man behöver för att vara bra inom polisyrket

Ja om inte polisen fanns vilka skulle då stoppa dem som bryter mot lagen. De behövs också för att skydda invånarna på alltis och få bort bovar

de behöver bli bättre på att skjuta verbalt istället för att skjuta kulor, patrullera mer runtom mappen och rpa bättre. Har många gånger haft händelser där polisen inte bryr sig direkt om nån rp utan bara slänger in en i fängelset, bland annat

Heter Philips ingame är 17år brukade spelade hockey på fritiden i Färjestad bk, fast jag har nu slutat och börjat köra Amerikansk fotboll i Carlstad Crusaders sen några månader sedan. Vi snackade ju lite i Teamspeak och jag har även hunnit snacka lite med Gray om detta. Precis som ni sa och Gray även bekräftat så handlar ju inte detta om att ni inte betalade böter, det handlade ju mer om att ni stod och skrk,, var allmänt uppkäftiga inom ramar som jag inte skulle klassa som Roleplaying och även hoppade ur bilar medan ni var restrainade. Lägger man ihop allting så är det inte så jättesvårt att få det till Trolling. 
 
Upplever ni det annorlunda får man gärna uppveckla sig lite i en ban appeal och även förklara vad man själv gjort fel istället för att som du gjort i denna post framställa sig själv som ett offer när så inte är fallet, visst så kan ni ha blivit otrevligt bemött av APD och så vidare men det blir ofta så när man går in med en attityd som inte passar en RP server!

Kan börja med att berätta att detta är inget April Skämt.. 
 
Inatt  precis efter 03.00 Så beslutade sig en tysk idiot att han skulle joina våran server och fuska åt sig en  massa pengar.
Då det är svårt att få tag i alla pengar som hamnar i omlopp så var vi tvugna att rollbacka servern.. Och där är problem nr2.
Servern vart rollbackad något längre än vi ville (24 timmar) Och en del nya kadetter inom APD etc har förlorat whitelists etc.
 
Är det så att ni förlorat något, hör av er till våra moderatorer och supports. 
Är det så att ni förlorat 1 vapen, 1 väst eller tappat 200.000 Så är jag ledsen, det löser vi ej.
Men  vid större problem, var god kontakta de som kan hjälpa er.
 
Vi ber om ursäkt över hur detta blev löst. (Jag blev väckt av min dotter vid kl 4, och fann mig nerspamamd av thorsten. Jag va nyvkane o trött..   )
