JohnnyDixon
Hello fellow players! I am thinking about upgrading my computer a little bit so I am wondering if the AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Processor is good enough for Arma.

The thing with Arma (multiplayer at least) is that your FPS depends more on the server than your specs, when I got a new setup I only got a few extra frames in multiplayer, but my FPS in single player more than doubled. Also make sure your motherboard supports it Edited January 6, 2019 by Ramo
Johanees
I got a I3 and a 660, which works kind of fine. That CPU is more than enough, atleast for this server.

It shouldn't be too hard if you have a stock cooler at least. Some coolers can be a pain to install/uninstall

If you don't overclock they are usually fine
