Fast nu var det en korrekt "engage", killen kommer in med vapen i ett hus säger inte ett ord, min polare säger till han att backa, drar några varningsskott brevid han, killen går ej därifrån och blir därför dödad.. Hur realistiskt är det? Roleplay? nää
Ni öppnar ju direkt inte heller era munnar överhuvudtaget, för vi alla vet att ni är ute efter skjuta oss men ni springer omkring med dragna vapen ett bra tag och letar och säger inte ett ord..

Today we got attacked in our own hometown by the oppressors seeking blood from the natives of Altis with orthodox methods and equipment.
The battle was ferocious and swift. We made a stand and successfully neutralized the threat in matter of minutes.
No casualties.  Your home is now safer, this is a big step in the right direction for every citizen of Altis
 

Im going to start an event every wednesday, 19:00. 
 
Event: 
Arena, TDM, 3vs3 in small villages or in industrial areas on Altis, oilprocessing close to Meth Purifier for example. 
 
Rules: 
*150k fee for each team. 
*Weapon of your own choice, everything is allowed except tazerguns and explosives.
*The team that wins the war is allowed to loot their enemies for gear. "Spoils of war"
*3 judges will be watching the game so noone leaves the area for some extra flanking and that every rule is being followed. 
*If someone that isn't in the war shoots or trolls, or even kill someone closeby, you will get banned for 2 days. 
*You are allowed to have more than 1 team per gang. If so, create a new profile with that tag you want. 
*The wars will be on time, 10 minutes each game and it will be the best of 3. If we're not finished on wednesday it will continue next wednesday. (If its alot of ppl that wants to do this, we'll make a league out of it with planned games, spread out over the week..)
*A tie cannot happen, the team with most players alive will win. So if Team A has 1 player alive and Team B has 2 players alive, Team B wins the round. 
*Cops are allowed to join the event.
*N.L.A are allowed to join the event.
*Medics are allowed to join the event. 
 
 
Winning price: 
*Except the spoils of war you get to use the title "Arena Masters of Cv-Gaming" for a week when the next arena-event will start.
*You also get 100k each win. 
*You will also win a weapon, one each that is. It will be 5.56 or 6.5.

Before you complain about the police you should remember that you are the one who made us into what we are today.                                                                                                                                   I find it extremely funny how people are using terms like "Farming the police" as if it's an achievement to kill the police on a RP server. The police is not only about recruiting the best aimers to make sure that anyone who stands in our way gets steamrolled. Sure we have alot of good shooters, but we are here to assist & help people. We are not here to conquer. People need to realize that once and for all.   "The police are so dumb and easy to farm."   We are not dumb, we see right through you. The problem is:   We have all heard lines like. "I killed 2-10 police officers today, they are so bad." Let's think about this for a second...say there is a gang named [X]. They text the police with something like: "Hey we are getting robbed by gang [Z]"   Even if we know this is a trap we have to go there, very exposed to everyone, jump out of our cars and interact RP (With our weapons on hold.) Two seconds later we hear "Put your hands up, this is a robbery!" We could make a 180 turn and kill the people robbing us but that would mean it's really bad RP from our side. This will result in us getting robbed and gang [X] Getting their hands on MX,vests & magazines worth a ton, also arming civ's who play on this server for one single purpose. "Get as much shit in your storage box as possible." Let's be honest here, It's not hard to do that. Anyone could lure out 2 cops while 5 people are hiding in the bushes. This does not require any skill nor a brain to achieve.   "How can it take F*ing 20 minutes to remove 1 abandoned vehicle blocking the road?!"   Allow me to explain why:   Usually it would only require 1 police officer to drive over there and impound the abandoned vehicle. However in the current state this is impossible, we have to send 4-5 police officers to scout the area, take positions and make sure it's clear. Which will result in this minor thing that should only take 2 minutes actually will take 20-30 minutes. We do have a choice not to help certain gangs who we know rob the cops on a daily basis but that have also resulted in people complaining about police never patrolling the roads & helping people near peach-field. Now you know why the response time from the police is extremely slow.   "The police never patrol the roads and never interact with players RP wise, like checking driver's licenses"   Whose fault is that?   We want to RP and interact with people, we do not want to sit in HQ waiting for Bandit or Federal. But how are we supposed to do that? Usually it doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes after arriving at Kavala checkpoint before we get "the" text (Put your hands up or you will all be dead!). It's even rare that people actually go through the check-point to interact RP with the police."Must..get..money...fast..no..time..for..RP!" People need to look past this farming hype and start interacting with each other! After all isn't that why we are playing on a RP server?     "So they buffed the police even more?!"   Yes, for our own safety. You people act like the police are farming you and still getting more buffs. We are here to protect and serve the civilians of Altis. Buffing us should also be good for you so that we can protect people from the rebels. It's not our fault people decided to go to war against the police. How are we supposed to protect and serve when we are the ones getting farmed by the ones we are trying to protect.   Before pointing fingers and judging the police, take a second and reflect on your own acts. There is a reason why it has come to this and I can assure you that it is not because we are lazy. Simply tired of being target dummies.     Nobody's perfect, but if we all try and do our best we can lift the standards of this community to the level CvGaming deserves.    Think before you act. Think before you complain. This is not a warzone!       This is my own words so all negative feedback should be directed only to me and not the whole police force.   //M.Riggs

Det finns inget du direkt kan göra för att uppdatera den datorn förutom en SSD disk.
Sure, lite mer ram (köpa ett 8gig billigt pack). Du behöver inte investera några större summor i den datorn då du snart behöver byta ut fler delar.
Men ye. din flaskhals ligger i grafikkort/minnesfrekvenser (vilket i sin tur även kräver nytt moderkort då chipset på den är lite so-so).
Så antingen köpa nytt paket eller ett uppgraderingspaket (som innehåller cpu, moderkort, minne).
PSU:n är det inga fel på dock
 
Men ye. största upgraden du kan göra just nu är att skaffa en SSD disk på C: och några fler ramstickor av samma modell (om du har plats).

Okej, vi i F.I.A satt och brainstormade lite angående nya idéer till servern och vi kom fram till många idéer men vi tänkte att vi skulle posta dom 2 bästa vi kom på.
 
Den första är att man kan råna Kavala police station för att kunna få tag på några vapen (t.ex. 3 MX och några polisvästar för att hålla det till polisvapen för RPns skull) genom att ta sig in på Kavala police station och spränga den breda metalldörren till deras vapenförråd, när man väl har suttit dit bomben så är A.P.D station en krigszon det vill säga att man får döda alla inom området.
Självklart ska man inte kunna smyga sig in på stationen och kunna sätta bomben medans man har folk som är beredda att avrätta poliserna direkt när han har suttit bomben så man skulle kunna sätta en spärr på att man inte kan sätta dit bomben om en polis är inne på stationen.
Det skulle även kunna sättas ett krav på 7 poliser för att sätta dit bomben nu när det har blivit lite fler aktiva poliser.
I ett scenario skulle poliserna vara ute, kanske i Kavala, på patrull eller vad ni nu är ödslar tiden på och helt plötsligt så är det någon som rånar Kavala station och då måste alla poliser dra sig tillbaka till basen för att förhindra gänget från att ta deras vapen ifrån dom.
Poliser skulle under den tiden inte vara tillåtna att spawna inne i Kavala längre utan dom måste spawna på en annan station.

Vi hade även en liten idé om att man kunde lägga till så att knocka ner någon är ett brott som hamnar under titeln "misshandel" som skulle kunna ge en böter på typ 25000kr, detta skulle förmodligen få folk att sluta knocka varandra i safezone.
 
 
Det här är inte riktigt en idé utan mer ett litet förslag att lägga in Slash Bandolier i Black market för att civs ska kunna få tag i något annat än Rangemaster belt i shops.
Slash Bandolier skulle passa bra för att den ger inte lika stort skydd som Tactical Vest vilket man kan få tag i Bandit Area.
Det skulle bli som ett till litet steg att få tag i bättre västar, alltså: Gun store för sämsta västen, Black market för en okej väst och ta över bandit district för att få tag på den bästa västen.

Patch 3.5.5 to celebrate the hardwareupdate

Om vi ska tänka oss hur cruise control används i verkliga livet. Så använder man det främst på landsvägar och motorvägar utan trafik. Med lite logiskt tänkande så vet man att man kan inte köra runt i en trafikerad stad i stabila 50km/h och köra runt kurvor och skita i andra trafik regler. Så tror inte detta script är nått problem!
