Please provide a roleplay name and a background story for the character applying to the police:  To make a long story short (shorter). My name was Shurat Pusjking I was born 1985 in Uzbekistan in a small town. I was raised by too lovely parents. My mother worked as a medic and my father worked at a fabric and he also was an alcoholic and had gambling problems. When i was 10 years old I got my own dog, it was a beagle and he's name was thunder. , when i was 15 years old something happened. I was on my way home from school and I got that gut feeling that something wasn't right, so I ran home and thunder wasn't barking neither was he running to me like he always did. I took small steps in too our house and then I saw my mother and my father slaughter. I ran to the backside off the house and saw my dog laying there dead.                                                                                                                                                                                                              I was crying and took my bike to my uncle and told him. We took his car back to my home and called the police. After 30 min the police came and all they said was. Its look like a similar case that happened a week ago. They though it was a criminal gang. Then they asked me, did Ur father had any gambling problems. Was he owing people money. I wasn't sure I answer but I knew something wasn't right. The police never solved the case and I swore to myself that i would get my revenge.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                I was living with my uncle for 3 years, he was crazy in guns, I remember that he gave me a sv-98 sniper that I was training my aim with to get my anger away. When i was 18 I took the train to Russia. I joined the spetsnaz and where there for 10 years. Almost every day I looked up for some information and had 1 guy that helped me solve this, Once for all so I could know who slaughter my family. Then the 2 days later I got the call that the police hadn't solved any off these 5 cases that was similar to my parents dead. The mafia had bribed them. I knew that the mafia was going for a meet up with a bigger gang.                                                                          So I took the plane home and visit my uncle and said to him I need the sv-98 sniper. 4 hours after I landed I was going to the meet up and there was the mafia boss “Gafur Rakhimov”.                                                         I said “for you mother and father & "thunder”. A clear 800 meters hit on Gafur Rakhimovand and he fell down dead. I fled the country and changed my identity and moved to Altis, And I felt reborn. i have lived here on Altis for 1 year and got a wife and a little daughter. and now i want to work as a police officer.             Reason: Jag RDMa en kille och då kom jag överens med hans kompis att jag skulle refunda och fixa en medic, då blev det en liten miss i kommunikationen emellan han som jag RDMa och hans kompis, då la han som jag RDMa upp en ban req på mig och den blev då accepterad eftersom han inte kan ta bort den efter han lagt upp den.

Helt plötsligt när jag loggar in så är jag tydligen bannad för duping. Det är allt jag har att säga, ingen backstory, ingen aning om vad jag gjort jag har tydligen bara blivit bannad för duping. Jag skulle uppskatta om någon skulle unbanna mig nu direkt. 
 
Nu får jag höra att en i min group dupade och tydligen sa att jag och min kompis [L.K] Mahmud också gjort det, vilket är totalt bullshit. Ja, jag vet att Mahmud hade många dyra items som han fick av  [L.K] Matti (han som vi nyligen fick reda på dupade) och ja, vi anade att han dupade men vi ville inte sälja ut en av våra ''kompisar''. Skulle det vara så att 2 ifrits är kvar i ringen utan att kunna köra framåt så får man repaira och köra en 1v1 utslagning. Vinnarna av matcherna kommer att möta varandra efteråt beroende på hur många dom deltar!

Jao, som alla vet så har jag spelat i fraktion en hel del, Och är det väll min tur att lägga upp lite funderingar helt enkelt
 
1. Polisen har taze one sight i red zone, Tänk er att man är 8 st online alla står och säljer så smyger 1 polis upp som tazar sönder alla! Ja, då tappar du inte bara dina fordon, ditt gear, men du får sitta i fängelse om inte du vill betala 200k. Kan man inte ta bort taze on sight i red zone? 
2. Kan man inte göra så att Polisen måste engega innan de tazar?(Sen ska denna engage göra så att man får kos) Om man försöker fly nu och har gear så skriker de(Polis, Stanna, Stanna) Gör man inte detta så får man en taze. Om man stannar så tappar man ju endå sitt vapen osv osv, Sen en tjocka böter på det.  Kan känna att Polisen har börjat känna sig lite för glada i tazern då. Då de tazar, stoppar in en i bilen och kör in en till safezone, och detta sker så satans snabbt. 
3. Ghosthawk och hunter, Ja Polisen har tillgång till dessa saker, men ibland känns det som att de kör dessa fordon mer än vanliga, Menar 15 poliser inne, 1 ghosthawk ute 1-2 hunters ute, Ibland känns det lite som att det börjar bli standard,( Nu ska jag inte säga att det händer hela tiden, och hunters kan ni glida absolut. 
Problemet ligger i ghosthawken tycker jag, då den är väldigt svårnerskjuten.
4. Polisen tycker att civila baitar för gear, Jajjemen det händer hela tiden. Men Civila vill åt Polisens saker lika mycket som Polisen vill åt Civilas saker(Har jag fel?)
5. Förr  när jag var Polis första gången så var vi överallt i bilar(Känns lite mer att Polisen åker som en grupp, Nu känns det som att alla Poliser åker tillsammans från Kavala till typ Airfield sen tillbaka(Vad jag har märkt de senaste dagarna)
6. Sen detta med att man inte får loota folk som dör pga att de kör för fort, Jag menar kan man inte hantera farten man är i så får man skylla sig själv. Och om det är någon stackare som lyckas bevittna detta som kanske går fram och ser att bilen är olåst, aboslut borde väll killen få noppra åt sig? Nu säger jag inte att ni suger och är sämst osv osv för att ni krockar och dör. Det händer alla tillockmed mig  Och JA det suger att bli lootad på de viset och det du tappar kommer säkerligen användas emot dig, Men är inte det då en tankeställare? Och lösning (Ge Kos om någon ser att någon lootar någons gängmember?) detta gäller även Polisen såklart, Ser jag Polisen så kommer jag utan varning skjuta för att döda. Även om han har krockat.
7. Mackrån! en väldigt fin faktor!! Vad jag har märkt så prioriteras inte dessa alls! Det kan komma en Polis som glider förbi och får tagg på vem som tar macken sen drar dom o.0(Sen kan de som tar macken smsa Polisen och skriva att dom kommer döda mackägaren) Detta hände runt kl 22:00~! Då får vi som svar (Mackägaren gick hem 16:00) o.0
Ja om ni inte vill tappa gear, lämna skiter då? Men att undvika RP på de viset tycker jag är helt åt skogen!(Sen att mackrån görs för att baita, det är ingen nyhet! Ibland kan det bli för mycket stider och det vet vi alla om, Men ibland kan det vara så att det inte händer något annat och att man är lite sugen på en strid.. Men åk inte dit och kolla vilka som gör mackrånet sen dra där ifrån!!!!
8. Har Poliserna KOS om de ser någon som dödar någonannan? :S

Tactical Beginners Guide
New on the server? Or new on Altis Life overall? This guide will help you get on your feet and earn big cash in no time! My goal is to get you your first house, that is the most important item that you can ever get. Never forget to have a look at the current price for the item than you're farming. Maximum prices will be shown in a guide that i will release later! Chapter 1: Basic Controls
Windows Key - Farming (picking up items from the ground) T - Access vehicle inventory Y - Access Virtual Inventory / See bank account / Access Mobile Phone / Manage Gang, Key Chain, Moves Left Shift + P - Earplugs (lowers the sound) Left Shift + < - Taking your hands up Left Shift + H - Holster your gun Left Ctrl + H - Unholster your gun W + Shift + Space - Jump Chapter 2: Beginning (Farming Fruits, Copper, Iron or Sand)
You've got some cash to spend! (if you do not have the amount that the server have promised you, contact and admin at ts.cvgaming.net) and the first thing you're gonna do with the money is to buy a backpack (preferebly the Carryal Backpack) a Truck License (from the DMW) and a small truck (preferebly the Truck Boxer) and go to either Apple Field or Peaches Field to farm your first rounds ever, just to get the hang of it. When you feel ready go to the Market to get yourself a pickaxe. Before you leave, pick yourself up 20-50k to afford the processing license of which material you feel like farming. And then be on the way to either Copper Mine, Iron Mine or Sand Mine (preferebly the Sand Mine). When you're at one of the mines, fill your backpack and transfer it to your truck, and repeat that until your Backpack AND Truck is filled with the materials you're farming. You need to drive to the processor of which material you chose to farm. Either Iron Processing, Copper Processing or Glass Processing (which is for sand). Whilst there, use the money you brought to buy a license. Then just keep on processing until every unprocessed item is processed. And then go to either Iron Trader, Copper Trader or Glass Trader. You should've now earnt your first 100k! Continue this procedure until you feel you've gotten yourself some cash!
Note that the Altis Police Department (A.P.D) will always help you if you're farming legally like this. Let's say the rebels (N.L.A) sees you farm legally, they will probably rob you. The A.P.D will then help you out and save your life and truck and probably dealing with the rebels as well!
Chapter 3: Continuing (Farming Drugs, Cocaine, Heroin or Weed)
When you have been farming Iron, Copper or Glass for quite some time, and earnt yourself some money. Make sure you're safe. Go to the Gun Store and get yourself a Pistol License and a Pistol of your choice. If you feel like you've gotten ALOT of cash, go to ''Bandit License'' and get yourself a license. Then go to Black Market and buy yorself a Vermin or a PDW. It is also time to upgrade your truck (preferebly to the Zamak Transport or Zamak Transport (Covered) at the Truck Shop) to fit in more items into the trunk space. And choose either the Cocaine Field, Heroin Field or Weed Field (preferebly the Cocaine or Weed field, and note that you do not need any tools to farm drugs). When you reach your destination, make sure that no one you know would hurt you are currently at the Drug Field, then you can start picking some drugs. If you see people coming that are not coming with a heli or truck, you should get out of there as fast as you can, and return some other time. Fill your whole truck and your backpack for maximum price. When you picked your drugs, move towards the processor of the drug you chose. While on the way, grab 150-200k by the nearest ATM to buy a Processing license (license-prices can be found in other guide created by Vitx). When processing, have your weapon ready for anything, bandits are robbing there all the time. Make sure every drug gets processed! Then go to the closest Drug Dealer, sell all your drugs and then quickly go to a safe area where you can deposit the money that you earnt.
Chapter 4: Professional Farmer
You should now have a million dollars! But you're still not ready to get into the Rebel business. At this point, you should have atleast 1 million dollars, you should also have a Truck Boxer and a Zamak Transport (Covered) that you're using for farming. We are not going to upgrade your truck yet, we still need to get more money. And by now you should also go to the Black Market to buy yourself a TRG-20 or TRG-21 (TRG-20 is 100k cheaper but is a Carbine, which increases the recoil). This is for protection and can be very handy, they are both fired with automatic and you need to buy 30rnd 5.56 STANAG Mags for that weapon too. Our next goal is to buy a Tempest (Device), it farms without you picking anything and is very handy!
Chapter 5: Ready for a gang and for equipment!
You probably have a million or two in your bank right now, so it is time to create or join a gang! Remember, it is recommended to join a gang that has come as far as you, also joining a gang increases your safety while farming and you can all protect yourselves from robberies. Then work yourselves up as a gang. It is recommended to consider joining a gang with the intention to farm and get themselves their own gangland. if you own your own gangland, you can buy houses for half the price. Let's say that the house which costs 3,5 milion will only cost 1,7 million. We still want to upgrade that truck though, the Tempest (Device) that we want to buy will cost 2,5 million, Keep on farming with your Zamak. If you lose it, get a new one. Just keep on going until you have 2.5 million dollars or more. It is also extremely important to have protection with you, never forget that. When you have 2.5 million, go to Truck Shop and buy that Tempest that we want. It doesn't matter if you're out of money, use that Tempest. If you do a Cocaine round with the Tempest and the Cocaine is at maximum price, you will get 1 million for one round. After you've gotten the Tempest, it is time to read Chapter 6!
Chapter 6: Buying a house!
When you've reached 3.7 million dollars, it is finally time to buy your first house! The house we're looking for is the smaller ones seen in the cities. Not the small wooden ones out on the island. You need a Home Owners License, and 2 Large Storage Boxes. This will cost 375k. So make sure to have that extra cash after you can afford a house. Do not have your house in a safezone! The A.P.D will find it easier and if they've got enough evidence that you have illegal items in that house. EVERYTHING will be raided and they will take everything you've decided to store in that specific house. So if you have it somewhere random outside of a safezone. It will be less chance that someone will caught you. If you're a part of a gang which ownes a gangland, you should consider buying a house in that town, the house will be cheaper. Keep in mind that if A.P.D knows that your gang is doing illegal business, they will probably do spy work and try to look for raiding evidence.
Chapter 7: Earning bigger money, faster!
You finally have a house. Keep on farming until you can afford a HEMTT Box. This truck is the vehicle with the most trunk capacity and therefor you are able to earn more money per round, remember that it will take alot of time to fill the truck since it doesn't fill itself like a Tempest does. Remember that it is extremely important to have one in posession. If you'd like to get protection from the N.L.A to prevent yourself being robbed, you have to buy the weekly pass from N.L.A. It costs around 1 million. If a robbery is taking place against you, just text N.L.A telling them where your position is and who is robbing you. They will make their way to you and take care of the robbers. Remember to stay friends with N.L.A since they can blacklist you from their island. This means you cannot buy the weekly pass and neither can you enter their island to farm. If this is what you need, don't become their enemies just yet.
Chapter 8: Investment
When you have a house with two Storage Boxes or more, you're going to invest in gear. Such as 6.5 weapons, 7.62 weapons and police vests. There are Katibas, MX, MXM, MX SW, MXC, Mk18, Mk14, Mk1, Rahim alot of other guns out there. There are also different vests, such as Tactical Vest (Police), Normal Tactical Vests and Carrier Lites. If you'd like you could also buy clothes. Such as MTP Tees or maybe rebel clothing, it makes you look better but if you think that you want to spend your money on gear instead of clothes, that is fine too. I recommend buying the Diving Suit since the capacity is high and you can carry 10 First Aids inside of it. 
So focusing on buying gear and filling your house with it is important. Ofcourse a TRG COULD be enough, but alot of players are smuggling these kind of weapons and since they're stronger and the vests provide cover it is extremely positive for you. You can get this gear by contacting Civilian gang that are selling or you could do it buy robbing the A.P.D/N.L.A for a long period of time. If you piss the wrong people off it might not be as positive for you.
