What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?: Make Altis a safer place, have fun and make new friend. Well ofcourse make others have friends to. 
 
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: Respect is very important. Not only to other cops. To everybody. Loyalty to the force and the server is really important if u going to be a cop. If i cop dont follow the tules why then be cop? so ofc its really imporant. 
 
Why are the police faction important?: To make more Rp and more interactions to all players on the server.
 
What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better? :  I think a good teamwork and a great Rp will make the deal. Becouse both off them need to be worked on.

Jag älskar testa nya spel. Så har ca 600 spel i min ägo. Men Arma 3 på altis life är grejer det.

Han är en go man på 50 år och har tidigare jobbat som läkare även distriktschef inom läkarvården. Han har sedan bytt över och vart Polis ett tag tills han fru fick tvillingar då han behövde lite pappa ledigt. Så nu har han 4 barn 1 hund och ett gött hus på landet. Upvuxen i Kavala.
När han var runt 20 var han i tjänst och arbetade för Altis Millitär.

In a short paragraph, what is your task as a police officer?: Make the RP experience better to the players on CVG Why should we pick YOU as a police officer? : I'm a mad RP player, but whilst I'm good at RP I can also be quite serious among different things and I value the player experience.
 
What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?: Make Altis a safer place, but if not that, make friends inside the policenforcement and have fun.
 
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: Respect is important, not only to your superiors but also to the ones beneath you. Be loyal to the ones who are loyal to you. Rule enforcement is important to follow and carry out.
 
Why are the police faction important?: To maintain a great player experience and create a more diverse interaction with non faction players.
 
What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better? : Better RP. Work on improving the RP experience to all but maintain a stable and great faction.
 
Tell us a little about yourself! Mitt namn är Hannes, jag är 17 år och läser för tillfället Naturvetenskap på gymnasiet. På fritiden spelar jag Handboll, fiskar, spelar golf och datorspel. Jag är en social typ, gillar att prata och vara runt andra människor. Inte mycket för att vara själv utan jag håller mig gärna i sällskap av andra. Tycker det är roligt att RPa då man kan träffa på de mest sjukt roliga typerna och byta ett skratt med någon annan. I think the current rules regarding this should be changed to this:
 
Co-operation between gangs and civilians is forbidden unless the following criteria is met:
 
- You are farming together
- You are providing security to an area before it's attacked
- You are doing other defensive things (Talking/Racing/guiding)
 
 
This should allow for a safer altis where civilians are able to bunch up and join forces in an effort to reduce robberies. It will also make
for new jobs protecting civilians and on top of that it will make robberies more challenging.
 
But, the largest advantage will undoubtably be that we're able to keep more of the new players without them quitting in frustration!

Other rules:
Not allowed to wear weapons
Not allowed to use illegal equipment
Not allowed to steal equipment from people (dead or alive)
You may only use the crowbar to help people in need.
 
So they cant take your stuff

Hello.
its a known issue that some of the more established gangs are robbing there hats off (because they have grinded all the cash and are "done" with the game) in an organized manners, including scouts, airborne transportation and strategic maneuvers.
We are actively and currently working to solve this. Giving our CvGaming factions tools to defeat this behavior along with rules and conversations w/o shutting everything down .
We support any and all RP environments, but the robbing has gotten out of hand! Many new people go straight for robbing aswell as the established gangs so its unfair to blame them for everything. But from what ive seen and collected (about 240 hours spectating since 1th februari) is just what you are pointing out, some specific people are figuring in all these robbery/murders/extortions and organized robbingparties.  AND your second point, just as you are mentioning, its only NLA (the rebel faction) that officially have any claims on resources (else its a big orginized crime and subject for the police, and now also the rebels in some cases, read following:). But as the cops are being swamped with stuff to do to help out the civilians we have reworked some NLA agendas to extend some firepower in the right direction - its hard to get it to play out perfectly but we are working hard on it!
