Beware of the choke Part 2!

This is my point of view:
U.F.A invited me to execute him, something I did for the roleplays cause.
I will link a video bellow of what happened the moments before I shot him
In the video he clearly wants me to shoot him saying, and I quote him
" Go ahead, pull the trigger you fat fuck, shoot me you fat fuck" 
" You homosexual" 
" You are a black man, you dont deserve to live" 
He later calls me by my IGN name, something he could never know, because nobody told him my name, which is Break of RP.

You where blocking the car garage on purpouse and I have several witnesses on that. Everytime I tried to impound your vehicle you jumped in so the impounding would cancel. It ended up that we had to ask U.F.A to restrain you because you obviously did this to troll. You have shown nothing but negative attitude the last days, like yesterday on the event where you RDMed someone on the weedfield and took his weapon and ran away. And I never said that you have CP, if you are thinking of Cerebral Palsy then you should be ashamed of yourself because that is nothing you should joke about.

Hej alla gamers!
    Jag kommer ta ett break/lägga hatten på hyllan. Jag lämnade APD förra veckan pga jag tappade lusten och sen har jag börjat köra cs och försöka satsa. Jag känner att fraktionsledare och andra högt uppsatta i fraktioner inte riktigt gör sitt jobb. Inte i APD då jag försökte gå med i UFA. APD gör ett kanon jobb! Sen har jag tappat lusten på arma overall. Kommer säkert in nån gång ibland och vevar lite. Vill tacka alla. Bachne, Kafarov, Almkvist, Anden, Imaloya, Kepler, Strand. Er skulle jag vilja tacka extra. (Dom som vet dom vet)

What happened was that Elliot thought he got fail engaged ( or RDM whatever ) but you could not care less and gave no good answear. We choose to take positions in the area if kos was on so we could fight.
Then one of you (I think Peterson) Shot at one of us (Illmaister) for some reason, so we took it as KOS. (You said it was threatening you later in in TS) you still did not mention KOS off or said anything to anyone of us. As a matter of fact one of you shot at me directly after. (I did not die but still) You only mentioned it when you were loosing the fight.
So you shot first, you fail engaged and than accepted KOS and lost the fight. That's not a ban.

Kooben skriver en väldigt bra post, svaret han får är troll och mer troll..  Syftet med tråden blir  att vara för enbart läsning då in inte klarar av att ha rätten att  kommentera. 

Efter att ha sett de senaste ban reqsen så kan man inget annat än att gråta. Ni lägger upp ban reqs på så onödiga grejer! Helt ärligt beter ni er som dagisbarn som bråkar om den blåa spaden, FÖR ALLA VILL HA DEN BLÅA SPADEN! 
Man känner sig som årets dagispappa när man får dra er i ts och snacka med er hur ni ska bete er och uppföra er.... Skärpning! 
Ni ska absolut få lägga ban reqs, det är inte det jag skriver, MEN försök till bästa möjliga mål att lösa det med refund eller åtminstone snacka med andra parten innan. Det läggs upp ban reqs på sånt onödigt jä"#¤%a skit just nu.
