Dear Vindim, i'm glad to see that you are concerned about the topic regarding my ban request.
 
First off i would like to point out that breaking server rules isn't something that’s appreciated by me or most of the players - no matter who's killing who.
Most of the players try to work by the corresponding rules and are trying to keep the server clean and fair. To do this we need to report when players misbehave.
 
The difference between how I would have handled the situation and how this situation was handled is that I would have ROLE PLAYED!
 
I’m also afraid that the argument you are presenting is based on argumentum ad ignorantiam (that’s latin for “Argument from ignorance”) which means assuming that a claim is true because it has not been or cannot be proven false, or vice versa.
 
I would suggest you to do some reading on the subject since it can be quite harmful to your future conclusions to not have insight in the subject.

Tell us a little about yourself! My name is Max, More known to the name DRAGAN UJARAK due to my rebel history on this server, but there are new players here so they might not recognize me. I live in Sweden and i can speak fluent English. Been playing in the Rebel force on CVG for about 400 hours and was one of the top shooters I got experience in rules etc and the learning process will be fairly easy.

Herregud vilken onödig ban request, liksom admins själva har sagt att det är okej att man får döda 1,0/1,2 KM utanför bandit district och som sagt ni var på väg dit för att döda TU. S1lver gjorde ingenting fel ni är bara sura nu för att ni dog men och? det är KOS där så varför gnäller ni? Jag var där så jag har rätt att kommentera. Du dog ungefär 400/500m utanför. Jag dog 900m därifrån förut jag sa inte ett ord jag visste att jag skulle in dit för att döda so what.

ATC’s Race around Altis!
 
 
This race will test your ability to control vehicles, navigate around Altis, handle obstacles and think on the fly! And hopefully have a good laugh while doing so!
 
The team that ends up winning the race there will be a six (Maybe even seven) figure cash price in the end. That along with any goodies donated by our kind gangs and factions of Altis!
 
 
The race around Altis will be done the following way
 
A high speed part that measures your ability to control your car at high speeds! Two helicopter part that measures your take off/travel/landing speed and accuracy, along with your knowledge of Altis. An off road part that measures your ability to navigate a dodgy terrain Finishes with a running part where you are to locate an individual after reciving a hint of his whereabouts.  
Rules
Each team must consist of AT LEAST 2 players (and up to 4 players allowed). Each player is only allowed to drive/run a MAXIMUM of 2 out of the 4 possible parts of the race You are allowed to bring as many toolkits as you can carry, and should you run out a designated mechanic will be coming to your assistance as soon as possible Should you die (which I’m sure many might do) you are allowed to spawn at the closest possible spawnpoint and drive/run back to the closest PASSED checkpoint or part of track. This means that if you passed the kavala checkpoint and die 2 meters from Amoni checkpoint, you start over at kavala checkpoint! You are NOT allowed to use any of your own vehicles, any indication that you might have swapped vehicle at any point will result in an immediate disqualification In the unlikely event that no one reaches the final stage of the race alive, the fastest time between kavala and sofia wins. You are only allowed to participate in ONE team (A.P.D and N.L.A are allowed to participate with a maximum of 2 teams each)  
How do i join?
Upon the acceptance of this event, a secondary thread will be created where you apply with your team will be created in the Altis forum. A link will be edited in here : (XXX). For the big gangs there is an entrance fee of 100k per team that will be added to the prizepool, but for non gang affiliated civs there is no entrance fee.

Satt igår kväll o kollade på Dimitris stream, som jag finner är underhållande och rolig att titta på (Så kudos till han också).
 
Det som jag dock fann intressant och tyckte var riktigt fint var hur MR.Grey tog Nickodicken under sin vinge och visade det mesta han kunde under den tiden jag tittade på när de åkte runt och höll ordningen i Altis.
 
Visade också hur trevliga personerna är (då man inte stötter på dom dagligen).
 
Sen känner jag att NickoDicken kommer bli en bra polis, han har båda fötterna på jorden, och trevlig.
 
Men tebax till ämnet, strålande jobb i undervisningen Mr.Grey du gav Dimitris stream extra underhållande innehåll den kvällen, så stor tumme upp till dig!

We now allow players to have the mods: JSRS 3.0 (DragonFyre) and Blastcore A3 Phoenix activated on our server!
 
These two mods requires a mod called cba_main (Community Base Addons for Arma 3) to work properly, but our current battleeye filters will kick you if you tries to have it active. Im gonna take a look in the filters to try fix this problem. You can still play without cba_main but JSRS and Blastcore will not be optimized.

Hello friends!   I just wanted to say thank you for staying with us in these dark times. Most of you know what happened and some of you don't. We've been attacked for 5 days straight, our ISP refused to help us so we had troubles fixing this since our server is hosted private. Yesterday we decided to rent a server and this will be our solution until further notice. Our services - Altis Life, Teamspeak and Minecraft are now back up in a stable state.

Jag anser inte att NLA har gjort något fel och kommer därför declina den här ban requesten.
 
Sedan så vill jag veta vem det är som är ansvarig för videon som du länkade Vindm, det är inte okej att redigera videos på det viset.

Chukkeren Självklart sker detta ENDAST inom bandit. Vi har inte tid att arrestera folk när det är 3-4 olika gangs runt om som vi måste ta itu med. Så för allas säkerhet så avrättar vi folk vid bandit istället för att arrestera och försöka flytta någon till fots in i ett fordon 600 meter bort.
