Det är väll dock scriptat att det ska vara så och inte "armas" mechanics?
Det är inte arma mechanics men det är scriptat att en restrain blir bundet till han som gör restrain och exakt varför dom har gjort det så vet jag inte. Men det är mycket off-rp att göra så för att någon "dör".

Jag har inte gjort någon RDM på dig, om du läser min ban request på dig så använde jag VDM på dig medvetet endast för att kunna fortsätta RP situationen ifrån där den skulle ha varit (du sitter restrainad i huntern) och att du "abusar" game mechanics för din egen vinning för att kunna ta min hunter, vilket är mycket off-rp. Jag vill på ett säkert sätt omhänderta dig och fortsätta ifrån RP situationen. Jag vet att det inte är okej att göra VDM men jag ska inte ens vara i denna situation om det inte vore för dig. Jag ansåg att detta var helt enkelt det lättaste sättet att lösa situationen. Men sen att du skjuter mig vet jag inte varför. Du tar min hunter på grund av brist på RP + abuse of game mehanics + att din kollega lyckas hoppa ur min hunter när han är restrainad så jag råkar köra över honom. Det är mycket ni gör som är fel.
Det spelar ingen roll hur jag gör, om jag låter dig gå gör jag fel, och nu när jag körde på dig blev det fel men under denna situation när jag körde över dig så var det mycket off-rp och det var den enda anledning att jag gjorde som jag gjorde.
Ditt mycket off-rp agerande och fula spelsätt ledde situationen till detta.

Reason: We restrained 2 members from [Rook United] and drove away. When we try to drive towards Kavala an unknown gang attacks A.P.D, we decided to respond and help our officers. As the firefight goes on [A.P.D] C.tev dies and the person in my hunter [Rook United] Fjanten restrains release, due to a technicality, and from an RP-point-of-view he is still restrained for us. When [A.P.D-CAD] E.Johansson crashes hunter and tries to repair it Fjanten steals it and try to make an RP move that his restrains is loose/cut loose. I try to inform him off-rp that he is not allowed to do so due to a technicality (If a person restrains someone and he dies, the restrain will fade) and that he should remove himself from driver seat so I can continue our RP situation from where it should be (he being restrained). Finally he steps out of the vehicle, brings his weapon up, starts firing on me and I intentionally nudge [Rook United] Fjanten with my hunter so he falls to the ground so I can safely go out, put restrains on him only to continue the RP scenario we should have been in, and that this never should have happend in the first place. I know that using VDM is never okay and is also a rule break but as I previously mentioned, I'm only in this situation because he never should have stolen my hunter in the first place and the safest way to reset the incident and safely apprehend him would be with a careful nudge. (notice how the other [Rook United] member jumps out of the hunter while he is restrained, not okay. This guy I accidently pushed too, that was not intended) However, before I can reach him he shoots me down.
I have talked with [Rook United] Fjanten about a compensation for the gear I lost (not market price, just regular vendor price) but he refuses to pay. So I will leave this request open for a admin to decide.
As it says in the rules: "Abusing bugs or game mechanics for gain. If there is a replicating gun somewhere, report it and leave it alone. If an admin catches you abusing the glitch, you will be banned permanently." And in this case I find it unacceptable to use this technicality to your advantage when he who restrained you dies.

Do not kill someone who you drove over, it is not allowed, period.
Just because A.P.D tells you to stop/get out of your vehicle doesnt give you right to shoot.
I fired no shots against you, I only returned fire when you opened fire on Jayleno.

Reason: We saw a man driving strange, and thought to investigate it. We landed on the other side of the checkpoint to stop him when he had driven through. We notice how he avoids the checkpoint and decides to drive offroad (which is illegal btw). He rams our huron with his vehicle and VDM Jayleno. I tell him to step out of the vehicle and to lower his weapon but he decides to RDM Jayleno, -- whom is still unconscious from VDM.
Problem here is that he kills a police officer without initiating RP. And its against server rules to kill with the help of VDM.

Yes, and I check them on a daily basis for any changes.

How long have you played on the server?
During my last two weeks I've played 300 hours on this server and I enjoy it. I tend to spend around 8-14 hours a day, maybe more on weekends but it may vary on work days (depends on how much I need to study)
How long have you played Arma 3?
In total I've played 670 hours.(I've also spent several hours on Arma 2, Epoch, Wasteland and a few RP servers)How often do you play on the server?
As soon as I have free time. Right now, I play on it regulary, every day.
Tell us a little about yourself!My name is David, I'm 27 years-old, living in Stockholm and studying full-time for law enforcement. I have 2 chiuauas, Generalen and Humlan. For most of my life I've enjoyed gaming and I still do. Other than that, as a person, I'm organized, calm and have a good sense of humor. (I have no problems with voice-communication, I have a working microphone)
When I first started playing on this server I was intrigued by A.P.D and their role as a whole. But it came to my attention that I lacked the proper experience to have any chance to be one of them. So I've spent most of my time as a civilian to learn how the game works and how rules apply, so far it's been a blast. The roleplaying aspect of A.P.D is interestig and it's something I would like to be a part of. Now, before I made this application I decided to try out medic due to the added responsibility. Hopefully my gameplay experience from playing on this servers with my only 300 hours is enough to give A.P.D a shot and I hope you guys will accept me. I've done my best to stay active both within the community forums and in-game.

Det finns inget samspel här. Personen i video (Dimitri) får inte möjligheten att göra något. Man hör att deras mikrofon funkar, tyvärr skriker dom på polisen efter att ha skjutit Dimitri.
En annan sak att notera är att Dimitri har inte ens sitt vapen uppe när han går fram, det ser ut som att [HARD] gänget får panik och skrik skjuter direkt. Under hela denna situation satt jag i en helikopter 170 meter upp i luften och observerade hur Dimitri går fram till dom med sänkt vapen och dör. (Har också videobevis från min synvinkel)

Reason: NosserP jumped inside my helicopter when I unlocked it, I asked him to get out but he refuses. Moments later he begins to play music. I fly to the police so they can get him out of my vehicle and once I'm there I forget to lock my co-pilot controls and so he steals my helicopter. A.P.D Fransisco sent NosserP a text message to return it but he did not.
Intentional trolling.

Reason: Cv-D made a roadblock with spikes, a few cars drove through it. We RP'd but they resisted so we responded with lethal force. A few seconds later a car comes driving from Pyrgos with full speed, ramming the car in front of me which results in my death, and later a massive explosion.
As you can see in my video, it's a full head on collision with no intent other than to ram.

Jag tycker att det är off-rp eftersom du kan bara göra det eftersom C.tev dör och det är mycket fult.
