As a Police Officer; the first logical thing to do when you see a deadly firearm lying around, is pick it up so that you can make sure it doesnt end up in the wrong peoples hands. That was the only thing i tried to pick up, and in addition it was an illegal firearm. You can clearly see that it's the faction APD landing, and you even stated it yourself at 25.40 into the video you provided. I understand that you thought you could kill me since i ''looted'' your friend. The only reason i ''looted'' him was to get the weapon off the ground and then get the Medic to revive him.
I have looked through the rules once more just to make sure, and i didnt find a single post that says you are allowed to kill APD even though they are picking up items from the ground that belong to you/your gangmates. If it already was a firefight between the UFL and the APD, then i would have understood that you killed me, but since we just landed in the scene of an accident i dont think it's OK that you kill me before engaging, or telling me not to pick up your friend's stuff.
Hazz and Lian, please take your issue somewhere else. This ban request doesnt involve any of you.
I am kind of regretting that i posted this ban request, since i totally understand your point of view Emin, but when two times in one day, where you were the one to kill me without any engage i hope you also understand why i get mad as a player. It really ruins the fun in this game when you get ''RDM'd''. However- if you were to apologize to me i will gladly drop this Ban req.

i know im not supposed to write anything here but ill go ahead and throw my opinion in here.
When Vitx was banned like this he was told that it didnt matter if he had bad internet, a combatlogg is a combatlogg, for all we know you could have snatched the cable out of the outlet, people actually do that and make exuses.
(this has happened to me before, my internet went down and i auto-combatlogged, it really sucks to get banned for it and i think it should be solved in other ways than banning since everyone cant have a 100/100 fiber line. its the people who abuse it that makes this a concern in the first place)

vet att jag inte ska kommentera men om polisen skulle jaga mig så känns det mer logisk att jag hoppa ut och skjuter polisen och inte hoppa ut och säger "ge upp eller dö" sen skjuter men det är troligtvis bara jag som tänker så 

Personally i think the VDM rule shouldn't apply anymore. Bohemia removed damage on the fueltank in a recent patch. Vehicles won't explode from bullets nor ramming. The VDM rule was there basically just because vehicles would explode really easily from just the slightest touch. Therefore i see no harm in them doing a pit-maneuver to bring the vehicle to a stop. They used sirens and lights afterall.
 
(If a vehicle actually explodes it's because of heavy de-sync. #arma)

        Date: 2015-09-25 Around 10pm
        Reason: APD had a fight with SC because we accidentally crashed a heli close to AMP HQ, and as in true SC spirit they are there to loot a minute later. We therefore open fire at them to protect our stuff and a firefight breaks out. After a couple of mins APD starts to win the fight and the remaining SC members are retreating. We decide to pick up the chase, and we shortly find Feroz. He then runs into a ''Knarkbusk'' to seek cover. We knew what he did was wrong, so the driver of the Hunter decides to drive straight through the bush (which we all agreed on) and as he drives through you can see Feroz getting knocked out of the bush. He stands up, tries to run, and dies.

Shortly after he sends me a msg in TS and confronts me about killing him while he was on the ground. I told him that i didnt kill him while he was on the ground, but that i killed him when he started to run (You can see that in the video). He also said that he didnt sit IN the bush, but at the edge, which is also false because the Hunter drives directly THROUGH the Reed Bush. He then starts to get mad in TS because of me not wanting to talk to him, and he threatens me that he will post a ban req on me for VDM Kill if i dont give him a refund of his gear. I even offered him to jump in Police Assistance so that we could talk there, but he refused (as he had school tomorrow). I asked him why he didnt have time to talk to me, but instead make a ban req, and he responds: ''There's an day tomorrow? Fuckface''.
To me this is really childish behaviour that i wont tolerate.
