Additional information: Explain in detail what happened. I got engaged, they tell me to jump out and I jump out and trying to say "I will put my hands up" but get shot when I jump out from the car for "aiming at him". I asked for refound and they said No, later they said the could refound if I sent video and my friend told them to come teamspeak without an answer. Now Im not looking for any kind of refound just that they get what they deserve and learn the rules by giving more than 3 seconds to jump out and put my hands up.

First you bug knocking him then killing him? He wasnt the one shooting at you or anything. He just got knocked down and was going to stand up and leave the area when you shot him.

Vi låter admins kolla denna banrequest och väntar på svar. Tycker admin att dessa två har gjort fel så är de mer än villiga att refounda allt ni förlorade och så. Har egentligen inte med Banrequesten att göra men varit lite av en mellanhand till just denna banrequest.

Känner att jag länkade inlägget till alla inblandade och bad de lägga upp videos och liknande och sånt men inte fått några videos på 5 dagar nu och att jag ska lägga till fler videos efter 5 dagar känns lite dåligt då videos försvinner efter ett tag om man inte sparar alla 4 spelade timmar den dagen. Men som sagt, hade jag själv bugtittat genom väggar och liknande hade jag inte brytt mig att de själv gör, det ända som jag tycker är konstigt är hur en spelare är tillbaka i fighten efter 12 minuter igen och den andra har händerna genom golvet, vet inte varför man peekar in i väggar istället för att hålla en dörr där folk kommer upp egentligen, är fortfarande ny till spelet så kan inte alla tips och knep som finns för kolla igenom saker för att få "upperhand" och kan tyvärr inte svara på varför killen framför mig i cargo gör det tillbaka en gång heller, kan tyvärr inte skicka video på om han gör det eller inte för man måste se det från personens synvinkel också vilket jag var villig att se om smile skickade video på att han "låg ner" istället för sitta och kolla genom golvet.

Snorx dör i cargot, 12 minuter senare dödar han Xymz 1.4km bort från cargot (Dessa var inte i cargot senare) Så ingen av dessa två bugtittar. (Bara så ingen av dom får något straff för de andra videos, det är bara samma fight och inte samma plats)
Smilee sitter i cargot jag försökte pusha, tog med när han dog så man fick med hans namn.

The KOS zone is 1.5km away from where we engaged and you drove into the KOS zone and took the kos. If one gang member gets engaged the whole gang is engaded aswell if you drive to the kos zone.

You're taking the fight when shooting back. Since RDM dont give you KOS on people this means you took the KOS and wanted to fight. The guy you're driving by at ganghideout 2 at 0:44 is your RDM friend who we engaded 8 minutes before also.

Bad om refound samt bad dig komma teamspeak, detta hände två gånger på mindre än 5 minuter. Du hade tid att refounda igår istället valde du att loota och fortsätta kriga. Du valde själv att få banrequest mot dig.

Det finns en orsak till att du nämns för att påminna admins om att detta hände fem minuter tidigare och att Alli borde kunna reglerna efter en påminnelse, detta är ingen banrequest mot dig då jag skrivit att du refounda det som gick förlorat på de två andra. Då du refoundat kommer du inte få något straff eller liknande utan mest för att lägga till att vi hade en diskussion om exakt samma sak i side och att samma sak händer 5 minuter senare.

It isn´t allowed to be in the Bandit District Area shooting at other people if you are only wearing a Pistol like Rook-40, If you want to be in the bandit district without a chance of getting a ban, you must have gear on you, atleast a PDW/trg if u decide to not follow, dont be suprised if we take action against your behaviour it might be classified as trolling depending on the situation.

Required gear to participate on bandit is: Cloth/vests/TRG/Vermin or PDW.. NO SDAR and NO PISTOLS, If you have a vest in your house, you need to use it on bandit, Not doing so will result in hard punishment. The only players who are allowed to use only TRG/vermin/PDW are new players that not yet have obtained a single vest.

First of [GG] Mc.Coley killed two of us outside the KOS zone, we were almost 600m away from the Bandit zone. Later we waited for the two guys that got rdmed I get shot by [GG] Alli when Im 560 meters outside, asked for a refound but they said "Make a banrequest" later rdmed Xymz on my body.

Additional information: Explain in detail what happened. First of we had a fight with TSAR and everything was fine, I killed Snorx in cargo and then came back to the fight 12 minutes later to kill my teammate [A] Xymz. While pushing the cargo we noticed a guy bugpeeking throu the floor of the cargo so he was able to shoot and see us throu the floor. We joined their Guest channel on teamspeak to ask for a refound for the guy they killed but they didnt answer so heres the banrequest. TSAR have been playing on the server a long time and should know the rules by now.

You refused to repair our vehicle but in the video you spend time repairing your own after crashing. Why did you not help us?
As a medic hes job is not to repair your car you might take this banrequest to think over your economy on the server and buy you some toolkits if you're going to crash. Same with that you're are allowed to ask him for a repair or a ride to kavala but hes a medic and not a Taxi driver. His job is first to help people that needs his MEDICAL help and nothing else, not to be a taxi driver or anything else. If he chose to not help the rest of the people might be because you guys were trolling around and he decided that you and your friend was not that important since you're trolling. If you steal a medic car we will choose not to help you as a medic since you guys are being d*cks to us.
