First of all, the incident where you got banned for 1 day was the incident when i was spectating you today (at bandit).

But then after i banned you i got notifications from cARPEN about this thread: 
cARPEN is fixing that ban today he said but wanted me to add a few more days already as we just banned you 1 day. (subjected to change depending on cARPENS results).

So you got a total of 3 days for combatlogg and gearwipe.

And yes, the ingame menu states you can face those charges, but the serverrules (found here) says you will be banned and depending on situation more actions will be taken. Make sure you read up on all our rules before even engaging in combat/taking over bandit and/or something similar. If you like playing here alot, i would highly recommend proceeding to rule sections straight away!

Also, repeated offence will result in a permabann so you have gotten away with a considerable light punishment for your actions.

Cu in a few days and goodluck with your studies!

Sedan gjort det manuellt (lägga den under arma3 katalogen @epoch sedan starta spelet och aktivera det, restarta och sedan logga in på servern).

Nekar den dig då, så är det servern som kanske kör en äldre version (men isf ser du en röd indikering på servern, tror den är den senaste dock!).

Im very sure about the judgement of our ingame admins and if you where banned for trolling it sure must have been something intentional.

Maybe you have a shadowplay from this incident to claim your innocent?

Är det en epochserver du ansluter till? Om jag skall tro på meddelandena du får så är det något av följande fel:

1. Du ansluter till en Altis eller annan server än Epoch

2. Servern du ansluter till har en annan version/utgåva av Epoch

Kan du validera dom två punkterna och även ladda upp din RPT om ovanstående inte var felet?

I just want to add that a combatlogg includes following change to loadout:

together with the 1day bann.

Second time they get 2days bann and same lodout as mention above.

Third time its permabann beacuse of repeated offences.

3days is considerd a medium ranged troll ban. This is when you repeatitly ran people over/jumped into oncoming vehicles and was blocking the road/vehicles in kavala market. (and i add obv when you run me over personally when i try to talk to you). Thats the worst place in the world to "test the mechanics" btw.

Take the advice from Vogel and play some other campaign missions if your intentions is to test the mechanics.

Im willing to lower it to 2 days if you personally come and apologize on teamspeak.

We usally give 1 day for small incidents where it can be explained.

But intentionally following anyone and keep knocking them down and then repetitly running them over is just douchebaggery and you got 3 days for it.

But a tips: logg out to lobby if you are AFK for a shorter period

Yeah, some things you need to know before planing an event:

- Make sure its close after a restart so you have as much time as possible

- Announce the event well ahead so ppl have a chance to participate

- Have everything planned before the event starts so you dont do last minute changes

- Expect issues, Expect it to take more time then you planned for the  event.

- Have a well defined planned for most scenarios (Rdm, Vdm, loss of items, routes, keep track of the equipment, deliver price, etc etc).

So, invest some times and contact anyone of those above who have time to help you and they might be able to run it together with you (to be able to announce and have "admin referee" present). The admin will announce and keep the vent free of trollers but might not lead it for you.

We have actually discussed this in depth specifically (admins).

We chosed to keep it like it is because the life of crime needs to be planned and have a structure!  nothing you just pick up and do!

let me explain:

Firearm is 15k atm and if you have chosed a path of crime and played for awhile you have houses, use them to stock up with a few weapons and you dont need to rebuy weapons all the time.

When you die you dont lose the license. you lose the license when you shoot someone else (thats how its designed).

Else this should go under bugreport!

I was in kavala looking at you when you intentionally ran people over together with your friend.

Your friend was the driver so he got himself a 1 day ban for trolling in kavala. Then you jump on the quadbike and continue this madness!

You ran over me when i tried to talk to you and hence, you got 1 day ban for trolling in kavala.

Trolling usually gives alot longer times as its an ill intend(personal flaw) and destroys gameplay for others.

I will revoke your request and, as you probably allready are, sleep it off and return with a happy face and alot of Roleplay together with your friend.

NLA is a Rebel faction that we, CvGaming have chosed to have with a unique ruleset to keep the wheel alive and spinning. We have rules (check rules) for them aswell as the police.

They have rights to use handcuffs if RP is involved (ie a situation occurs where its possible) as we saw this fit the role we saw for them. 
There is also an aspect where they are, just like the police, a very active and targeted force (They are never Safe). So instead of needing to shoot of ppl(crowd control) when bullets starts to fly they have an option to ziptie instead. Hence: Resolving more issues then it creates. But before NLA was created our old Rebel force asked for zipties for a long time, when it was finally added we got rid of many issues regarding doubtful RP and claims of RDM. So with the history as our data we saw great progress -success!

On the other hand, "with great powers come great responsibility".
We dont see lightly on abuse or misbehaviour and they always have their eyes on them!
 

But anyway, i personally dont consider this a "god"-like ability to restrain someone and this is ofc heavily monitored for both Cops and Rebels.
It adds several elements and as mention above, helps the big wheel of balance to spin!

We are currently not looking for or have plans to add another faction - We have tried this and now we have finally arrived to the setup we have (very recently).

There might be some slight changes now and then as its very fluid how the current balance is depending on playerbase. (also mentioned in the rules).

Cops got their armed choppers added due to issues that now rarely exist anymore! (just as an example how we might change things up)
