but regarding this ban - 5 days is the max we usally give for RDM so it might been a serious thing you did.

Type to the Admin that banned you and see if you two could find a solution together with the cops involved.

He is already perm banned until issue resolved (third time = strike = permban according to rules).
And this is third time i ban him myself.

I spoke some again with Boris.
First i want to mention that there is a firefight and boris opens his door to the house to get out, then get killed.

In incidents like these there are usually exploits involved but the house was not locked and neither was the boxes. So there is nothing wrong here (cept some douchebaggery).

Neither did they empty your whole house and just managed to get what they could carry and run away.

I will add a ban equal to a combatlogg (character current gear wipe and 1 day ban) as you also showed me their response and behaviour after the incident.

But in any scenario where ppl force themself inside a house and intentionally loot/clean out a house is always be bannable are not allowed on CvGaming.

In 10 out of 10 cases exploits/bugs are involved.

Alltho i asked you a few questions that we never got to discuss that i couldnt see in the vide: Did they actually manage to get any items?

Ive been spectating some various gangs latley and ive seen alot of activity where they wait for ppl at their houses.

Remember that you are only allowed to be in 1 location for 15min (goes for everyone).

Alltho, if they did loot anything its bannable (i usually give 5-10days and complete char wipe (houses, vehicles, gear, money, licenses etc)).

ja, det blir bättre än det du har, men se om du inte kan lyckas få ett moderkort med pci3 support och ett 780ti kort nu på rean!

Även en SSD disk. kanske blir en tusenlapp dyrare totalt eller 1.5k. sedan gå för en bättre cpu senare när du har cash igen. (sålänge du har en bra moderbräda så!)

vad har du idag?

eftersom flera delar av din varukorg kan orsaka flaskhals: HDD (mekanisk, go for ssd), Grafikkort (till arma sure, men se om du inte kan få 760 gtx i Ti version?). Moderkort (läs ovan). Cpu (bättre med högre frekvenzer och färre trådar i princip, men för 200-300 får du en 3.7gz i gues).

1. Maximum police online

This has been in the talk in our admin meetings and already solved.

2. NVG/Thermal/Silencer

This has also been talked about alot and i mean alot. 

We have finally reached a balance that we like when it comes to the police current position on the server aswell as the rebels (changes we made 8-12 weeks ago are showing up the last few weeks).

There are rules regarding these vehicles and they need to sacrifice 2 persons to even use the nightvision/heat feature and its administrated by a ruleset available. But the cop's have been very active on using UAV which have all these features and is alot more silent and only reserve 1 person (which we always favor). As for silencers, it was a collective decision among factions and admins to make our regulars/representatives have more tools that are usually widely available in their arsenal. NVG's wont be removed ieather, they where limited once upon a time but it created more work then it solved. And for everyones enjoyment we allow everyone to use them instead.

3. Medics

This have been talked about alot in admin meetings and we have reached a conclusion many weeks ago.

Medics are here to save life, they ress first and ask questions later if NO info supplied or obv warzones. So its up to the people in the area to supply that information, if they shouldnt ress or any other instructions. Medics wont ress you several times ieather but if you feel they are breaking rules, we need evidence of it and you know where to post them!

4. Co/OP NLA/Police.

There where 1 incident earlier when NLA and new Copforce was created when we had a good standing (as factions take time to build).

This was however addressed the same day and solved.

Ja du, du skulle behöva ressa och spela medic tills vi wipar vår databas av alla items du lyckades fylla den med, men jag är ganska nära nu iaf (tagit ca 5-8 veckor).

Så för Mig, Rasmus och Legacy så kan du ej spela varken polis eller rebel.

Detta är dock ingen ban appeal så stänger ärendet. ("faction bann" finns ej). Däremot nekas dina ansökningar pga dina tidigare ester.

Carpen fixed this submittion, he couldnt add a msg tho as it was allready moved into the accepted section so ill do that for him!

You where banned beacuse you where the second newest player on the server and with 2.9 million on your account + several vehicles and guns.

I checked our loggs and investigation lead me into a dark alley of combined asshating! I found that you where online at the same time and playing with the third newest player, and he had xx million on his account. So my investagtion lead me futher,  you both were friends, played from same country and even friends on steam and you were communicating in game. So according to the sherlockholmes inside me and the serverloggs and public information found about you the conclusion that you indeed had ill intents on our server!

if You or Juliano Luciano (Fruchtfisch) wants to prove somehow that you managed to make xx millions in less then 20 minutes the legit way you are more then welcome to speak to me on teamspeak!

Sure, its a nice guide.  
But adding it to the ingame menu would mean that we are refering to none official "documents" and threads that we dont controll ourself.
So we try to avoid to link to these as it would requier an active admin to always check that thread if its up-to-date or if the link needs to be removed.

And if you even meen that we could copy-paste the content of it into the briefing menu it would resolve in even more work keeping that fresh with future updates and when you update it.

Dont get me wrong here, its awesome that you invest your time in doing a guide and helping the new once!

But, sorry mister, its not possible. We have even avoided this as much as possible with the official threads and refer people to the forum to read up instead (as its alot more information then can fit ingame) so we dont need to change our informationflow in several layers.

Man bör alltså numera se NLA som terrorister istället för rebeller då? Som kan ställa till med både det ena och det andra vid behag.

Om jag uppfattat detta rätt så utsätter NLA mig (som civ) för ett större förtryck än APD, vilket gör att hela funktionen med NLA försvinner.

De skulle skydda oss mot förtryck men utsätter oss för mer.

Nej, det stämmer inte. Det är att hoppa till förhastade slutsatser.

Det kommer tyvärr inte finnas en exakt mall på hur du skall bemöta N.L.A då det är väldigt dynamiskt beroende på om du är med i ett organiserat gäng eller inte och vad du gör just nu. Du kanske har agendor om att själv styra Altis/droger/resurser eller andra saker! Vi vet ej när vi möter dig och därför tar vi alla möjliga säkerhetsåtgärder för att initiera kontakt.

Men N.L.A kommer inte medvetet åka ut och råna folk (om ni ser detta så är det bara att spela in). Däremot kanske dom sätter upp en propaganda checkpoint som har ett PR syfte med symboliska summor för att skapa lite olika slags interaktioner där outcome kan variera beroende på bemötande (ytterliggare massa variabler och scenarion). Tanken är ju att det skall vara en positiv spelupplevelse för alla inblandade oavsett hur det slutar.

Men ett bra exempel:

Lisa 25 kommer, ny på servern, inget gäng. ute o fiskar lite fisk.

Vi står där med 2 båtar och förklarar hur hennes försäljning hamnar i statens kassa etc. vi ber kanske lisa släppa tillbaka fiskarna och hon får pengar av oss som kompensation för hon var snäll och förståelig och i förhoppning att vi gjort ett intryck i hennes spelupplevelse.

Exempel två:

Om kalle med sitt organiserade gäng kommer (oavsett plats) och inte svarar på vår initiering till dialog eller är hotfulla så kan det ju resultera i det blir konflikt.

Då blir det ju en lösning som faller inom ramarna för civilian rules (RDM, Roleplay, Robbery, Kidnapping).

Exempel tre:

Kalle är ny på servern, sitter i en buske ute vid äpple fältet och pangar äppelplockaren Jonas (fattigaste yrket i altis).

Då kanske vi tar ett rejält snack med kalle eller betalar tillbaka med eget medel. Jonas kan fortsätta starta sin karriär. vi pratar lite med jonas och ber han lycka till.

Men tänk såhär:

Varje fraktion på CvGaming (Polis, Medic, rebel) finns i syfte att skapa interactioner mellan spelare.

Jag har själv testat att köra civ under vissa namn och börjat som päronfarmare, det största problemet jag hade var att man blev rånad av gäng överallt. Rebelerna räddade mig vid några tillfällen och jag gav dom en kompensation på 2k (hade ju lossat hela päronlasten om dom inte var där!). Feedback vi fått har vart väldigt positiv och därav har det expanderas.

Även polisen har gett mig mycket positiv upplevelse senaste tiden, dom har tillomed haft folk utplaserade i checkpoints! Medics har haft en bra respons osv.

Testade även att försöka köra lite "bandit" och då blev jag snabbt nerstängd (det krävdes lite mer organisering) vilket är tanken!

Reason: II got banned for Hack 38 or something, I tabbed out of game to cheat on clickerheroes.com to get alot of herosouls and such and when I pressed procceses I pressed arma3 by accident and then I changed it to the correct one in chrome and when I was done on clickerheroes I saw I had got kicked for Hack 38 something and when I tried to reconnect I was banned

You were banned by battleye and not us specificly. (So it got autosubmitted to Battleye database aswell).

We wont lift this ban as you know the old saying: "once a cheater, always a cheater". And i care little if its another game.

Ill lock it and let that admin continue this matter. (as this is clearly a 1day and inventory wipe type of combatlogg!).

Däremot finns det en risk att Tonic har gjort om så mycket att vissa features försvinner och att vi får köra med en "vanilla version" en kort period.

Tonic nämnde att alla extrafeatures som folk kodat och lagt in kommer att få skrivas om, det är en kamp mot tiden men saker kommer bli som vanligt

So after some conversations in PM's etc it looks like this was talked thru after the incident on TS between the two groups.

I will lock and move this to Declined as you guys found a solution. Awesome!
