The safezone: The video evidence is to short to show if they are just driving past, staying or switching vehicles. Also i see no conversation happening to check if that was the case.

The Helicopter suicide run: If you fly like you where doing in the video, you have yourself to blame (you can even hear your mates scream in fear).

Nice landing tho, but you took the risk. Remember that doing robbery's like that will most cases be considered lack of RP unless the situation started on the ground somewhere earlier.

Im looking activity on duping and i take that very serious. And we take abusing our admin support just as serious if not worse.

I will properly investigate this and if i find any anomolies (from previous backups up to today, so whatever you have done, its in my historylogs) on AFF's houses, action will be taken. Same goes for SC (as im the judge here i check both sides).

I dont see any evidence of your view Thomas, only screenshots.

I agree that TU are giving to little warningtime as you have holstered weapons and are NOT a threat.

On the other hand, this request is declined. You can even hear thomas friends talking about "now its war time" in teamspeak before the shootout starts.
 

But now you know for the future, TU robbs and kills people with short timeframes - what have we learned from this?

We will have infected situations and a whole server that shoots TU as soon as they approach and it wont be considerd a RDM if you continue as you do TU.

Organized robbing and killing (specially when its 10 people and hour) is unnecessary and will cause you more harm then it helps.

So i want to point it out: You are never allowed to shoot down a helicopter in mid flight unless you are being attacked by it or are a part of A.P.D.

You can try to shoot to disable it if you are fighting on ground, but if he crashes you risk being banned for VDM/RDM unless you repay/apologies for the situation.

If you want to do that AFF Datorn, make a banappeal with all the details there.

And as mention above, supply more video next time (as you clearly have it).

Alltho ive been spectating SC alot and the type of robberys being done in this area is not OK and will be dealt with in other manners (like Admins showing up in a tank to give you a New life rule so you cant be there for 15min atleast!). . So consider that roadblocking the mainroad, in same area, for extended periods of times are not allowed (15min "camping rule"). moving 250m dosent count as a new area.

After watching evidence supplied, this is a gray area.

There is no evidence from the view of the person getting shoot and the clip is to small to judge what happened to you afterwards.
 

But the incident Tu.Felip vs BRC Sebbe we can see on your video that Sebbe is moving back and forwards (not standing still or any indication on standing still).

I can not judge that situation before i see evidence from the guy getting killed or the guy shooting.

So this is a decline due to lack of evidence.

On the other hand, i strongly want to point out for TU and other players that you should give people more then 5 seconds before even considering shooting.

Let them shoot at you first or it will be considered a RDM.

its a known issue that some of the more established gangs are robbing there hats off (because they have grinded all the cash and are "done" with the game) in an organized manners, including scouts, airborne transportation and strategic maneuvers.
We are actively and currently working to solve this. Giving our CvGaming factions tools to defeat this behavior along with rules and conversations w/o shutting everything down .

We support any and all RP environments, but the robbing has gotten out of hand! Many new people go straight for robbing aswell as the established gangs so its unfair to blame them for everything. But from what ive seen and collected (about 240 hours spectating since 1th februari) is just what you are pointing out, some specific people are figuring in all these robbery/murders/extortions and organized robbingparties.  AND your second point, just as you are mentioning, its only NLA (the rebel faction) that officially have any claims on resources (else its a big orginized crime and subject for the police, and now also the rebels in some cases, read following:). But as the cops are being swamped with stuff to do to help out the civilians we have reworked some NLA agendas to extend some firepower in the right direction - its hard to get it to play out perfectly but we are working hard on it!

I dont buy that you didnt understand what was happening, you even had "these guys" on your steam friendlist.

Its a cheatengine recognized by Battleye itself and has nothing to do with our personal filters, i trust in battleye.
 

Being honest about cheating dosent help your case when you have allready been caught, its another thing if people confess before that happens.

I want to point out that there is no AK47 for Arma3 and we do not know if there will ever be.

Sure, there is addons that makes other weapons look like one and that would force our players to download addons to be able to play, we are avoiding that to all costs.

Anyhow, we will see what it brings and its along the lines All or Nothing.
 

As you have notice its very hard to keep track and enforce specific small/individual rules so we are trying to avoid them as much as possible.

We will see what comes out of it but for now it will most likely be untouched as we are putting the power into the new structure (complete new code in 4.0, everything is being redone from scratch).

We have been discussing this since we started with them back in August last year.

They have been on and off for awhile in game and we have been discussing All or Nothing. If we chose to change this we talked about removing them completely (all silencers for all calibers) or letting it be as it is as 4.0 is starting to grow on us. In 4.0 everything is vanilla and i have started to merge stuff over. But alot of things will be different. We also have a Recon DLC coming in april +- 1month that will bring 7 new guns and 2 new machine guns. We have some plans on how to structure it but it brings us a time when we will revisit the whole weapon-line of ours. But as mention above, its something we know about and are actively thinking about!

And yes, checking logs for those days there is no disconnecting, so i assume we are being lied to here unless proven wrong (video/crashdumps).

So i will give [TU] Lomax 1 day ban for lack of roleplay (and minor abuse of the arma3 enginge, ie: exploit). Its not ment to be used as a teleportationportal.

I will also give the same punichment to [TU] s1lver as he refuses to apology and it goes under the "same gang rule":

Rules -> Gang/civ -> 1. Gang

• A gang will be judged for its actions as a group. (This applies for example if the gang leader of your gang declares war)

 As you both where clearly communicating and aiming for the same target.

So, Ive spoken to two other admins (Rasmus & Afriel) and we all agree that this is a clear case of RDM and s1lver will receive 3 days ban for RDM.

Remember guys, bandit area is ment to be fun. An area where you fight and have stories to tell.

The market area is the KoS zone and as mention above, if you are fleeing out or allready in a fight with someone there - you have alittle jiggleroom. But setting up/pre-engaging 1km out? No.

Personally when i made this zone the actually marker (where you get the warning) is the KoS zone, which is 50m outside the colored area.

But as people are running in and out of it its very hard to keep track of it and when we had people with very high powered rifles it was hard to know exactly where the line was. So i usually say that use common sense. if you KNOW they are outside the Area, dont shoot (unless its reinforcement if you have already commenced a battle). But at 1 km range you are NOT unsure if they are inside/outside of the zone. 
 

But yeah, if you hear a heavy battle going on at the border of the zone and you start sneaking up towards it, expect someone to shoot at you (even if you are 400m out). In this case there is no sound etc and im not saying that is what happened, its just to clarify a few scenarios.

However, i can agree that your purpose in the area was clear. Alltho they should have tried to make contact or waited untill you where closer.

I will talk with another admin to get 2 verdicts on this and due to people abusing loopholes we might add it as a rule aswell. (just to clarify).

A sidenote: Cops and Rebels are still allowed to show up at the bandit. But its lower in priority.

After watching the evidence supplied i have to state following:
 

1. You can impossibru mean 2015-01-12 ? thats a long time ago. But i checked 2015-02-12 as i guess you mean that date.
There is no record of [T.U] lomax dawn playing that day!

I extended my search to the 11th and 13th, there was a lomax playing then and he had no crashes.
So validation of date would be needed.

2. In the end you guys didnt lose anything and you managed to kill him, so the once walking away from this with shame is TU right?

So the only possible rule being broken here is that they didnt RP properly. 

On the otherhand its very douchebaggery and against the rules to try to stop vehicles in that manners (he wasent even aiming for the tire), but he failed and no one was killed/stopped.

Unless TU want to apology for this incident (as they where the once losing the battle) and you guys accept it, i would feel good.

But else i need the exact date to validate (pref time to).

I was trying to contact you via sms, ingame voice channels and even looked for you on ts/steam.

No reply at all from you. Once you saw me you started running.

Then i banned you and asked you to contact me on Teamspeak (shown in the message).

But you did not.

Banappeal works just fine to i gues.

But let me restate the same questions once again:

Maybe you can explain how you, as a new player, have 271.000 on your hand and no licenses and im curious to why you dont reply to Admin sms and Ingame voice from admin? i gave you 5 minutes to reply (walking next to you). No indications at all that you tried to communicate back.

Also, supply as much information possible and compile it. I will then retrace your route and validate as much as possible.

We had an event similiar to this back in the days (when NLF existed). Awesome to see it again!

But by judging on your reply i guess you didnt read all i wrote:

Simply, dont point a gun to someones face that are approaching with lowered guns.

It would be a total different matter if they where approaching with drawn weapons or in any ambush scenario. (like a highly equipped gang at the peachfield).
Or even if they said screamed "put your weapon down". but that didnt happen.

That is because you didnt give them to finish the sentence, they where interrupted by bullets to the brain.
