Are allowed to do everything Civilians does + these rules below + it depends on every unique incident.
Are allowed to Murder, Rob and tax anyone if it follows N.L.A agenda and CvGaming rules. (RP and common sense involved)

Lately there has been alot of APD propaganda on our fine island that we call home!

This have resulted in APD being alittle to edgy when it comes to their efforts in oppressing the weak.
Even harassing and kidnapping our countrymen from our neighbourhood. This can not continue!

I checked into this and these guys were completly new on the server (ofc not legit reason to break rules) and they did right by themself today and reimbursed issues like this.

I gave him a 3 days ban for RDM, VDM and lack of roleplay. so he kinda needs to contact you so you two can discuss this (so please be on TS if you are online) if he wants this ban to be lifted.

As there is no audio and no video beforehand i do not know the situation and why this happened (for instance if he gets ressed against his will).

But from the video it looks brutal, ill give him 3 days ban for RDM and lack of roleplay.

I looked thru the loggs and there was some bad mouthing and blames going around.
It all ended with tviken and dennis going bannanas and killed you guys (claiming you guys robbed them before).

And yes, when i check the loggs you guys actually interacted earlier (killed). But that dosent justify what they did in your report.
 

On the other hand, that video is not any evidence (as you freeze frames and not sound when the action occurs).

Denna "combatlogger" är i ägo av mindre än 20k och har inget inventory (naken).

Iomed att du skrivit i både sidechat och övriga kanaler att du själv (miko) ville bli permabannad så har jag lite svårt att ta denna request seriöst.

Däremot skall jag prata med shitshit nästa gång jag ser han online och se vad som skedde, vi tar ärendet däreifrån och jag uppdaterar denna specifika post om något förändras).

Efter att ha höjt volymen så hör man att han försöker varna dig.
Denna incident minns jag även då jag var online och specade när detta inträffade. Det var ganska stor "krigszone" runt kavala checkpoint och ni var mitt i den.

Att köpa toolkits medans massa andra gäng ligger och pangar är väl inte i kategorin "skarpaste kniven i lådan".

Han har även precis skjutit efter din kompis som sprang därifrån, då är det väl inte så cleaver att springa och möta skotten ?

Spawnpoint är random och bunden till vissa hus-sorter.

Detta är inget vi har bestämt eller satt ut utan default från Altis.

Däremot behöver jag veta vilket hus det gäller för att ens kunna titta på detta. 

N.L.A fyller en del av dom rollerna just nu så som att jaga folk som sysslar med organiserad kriminalite och annat (bandit).

Poliserna har bra kontroll på den andra biten.
Däremot så finns det regelverk och andra delar av CvGaming som hindrar dig som civilian att spela en sådan grupp (olagliga vapen, handlingarna etc).

Denna diskussion är dock uppe i vissa delar (för development och vissa grupper) så vi är och rör på ämnet iaf. Detta var även en aktuell roll för en av våra fraktioner (NLF) när dom fanns, men eftersom vi då var nöjda med strukturen så la vi det på is! Jag gillar tanken kring det dock och blir det aktuellt i framtiden så ser vi här iaf att det finns lite intresse. Men stor uppdatering på G för Altis life av Tonic, N.L.A är ganska nya fortfarande och våra poliser har nyss fått en militär polis enhet så detta är ej aktuellt förens mycket senare.

Reviving an very old post here man . The command for it was added after this thread! (even tho i disagreed! ).

So ill lock this thread (we usally dont lock threads in suggestion part of forum as its just suggestions, but this got added and solved!).

This exists for N.L.A atm and are ment as an "event" thing (bigger happening then regular stuff).

This is a very old topic btw and allready resolved.
