But to talk alittle deeper on whats happening: There was no RDM as nobody died. Its clear on the other hand that they had little intention of Roleplay. So i will ban them 24 hours each for lack of Roleplay and refer them to reading the rules in this downperiod.

Hello. Thanks for this. I will now ban Serious Sam permanently. I have personally banned Serious Sam 3 times before for singing, trolling and screaming in sidechat/direct. Off he goes! Hopefully 1 troll less. cheers

But do you have a longer clip? its not that i dont believe you, its just that its to short to be any prof in any situation really . so for the official record ill state it here, we need more then 15 sec recordings! We know nothing, John Snow! (about the situation before, what have happened, any fire shoots, robbed his friend and so forth).

Hello. This is a known Arma3 issue and its always some small minor diffrence in how to solve it. The best way for you seem to be reinstalling the whole game (might be your profile.arma3 files that are messing up and/or integration of the game directory). Just simply "uninstall" then "install" from steam. Make some notes of your settings incase you need that (i run default atm, hc!). If that dosent help, then it might be related to the network stack (assuming you have done the regular gpu problemsolving/driver checkup).

I have discussed this with other admins and its hard to see your standpoint here, you dont simply "borrow" 50 ACO and several other weapons just "because". I should add that these appeared over a period of 3 hours. Anyhow, if your story somehow was true, it should still have triggerd alarmbells and warningsigns. Just for the record, ill post what i found here, these items appeared in the 3 hour timeframe: (in your house) optic_LRPS x3 ​optic_MRCO x3 optic_ACO x50 hgun_PDW2000 x11 30Rnd_65x39_caseless x30 muzzle_snd_L x9 (from cop gun, can only be duped!) muzzle_snd_h x5 Clothing/Vests (cop/reb) x15 DMR/Katiba/EMR x2 / x2 / x1 Other items x10 (baclava, bags, divinggear etc) Regarding [soF] John: After talking to John it appears that these items where duped and stolen. He supplied information where they came from and i tracked it down. But that was for the items in his house. If i add your items the equation dosent add up and we are back to square one. John will remain banned for extensive exploitation and duping. Regarding [soF]: Anomalies in other houses was also found among the members of SoF. But i went for the 2 biggest guys who where the distributors according to my findings.

Hello. Both players involved in situation 1 died in that confrontation. And those of you who where then laying across the map inside TU's town waiting cant use that as a chainreaction to just open fire. Common sense predict that you atleast have to engage in something, some RP. Not just shoot them in the back from a hidden position. With that logic we would have tons of gangs in specific location camping another gang, send a guy to start a fight across the map and then just blast them all out. No, it dosent work like that. I can agree that TU should have expected a fight (After watching your video). But as both troublemakers died and no one else where there that situation was defused. Declined

Ive been watching the evidence and read through the thread and i can say there is nothing wrong being done here. Maybe the selection of the location as its right outside safezone, this will however be fixed in our v.4.0 (extended safezone). Anyhow: 1. if you arrive to a firefight, its clearly a firefight. bullets will be flying 2. If someone tries to robb you via direct and you CAN hear it, then you are a part of that RP Scenario (as its limited range). 3. If you start doing tactical clearing of the building and when you know someone is there (even gave their possition away by asking you to put your hands up) you have engaged in that scenario So this request is Declined. I however want to say that any organized robbing parties setting up just outside kavala will be meet with force. Our new players should have a chance to actually populate the map and dont get clustered into your blocks just oustide safezone.

After reviewing the evidence (supplied in PM to me) its a clear case of RDM. Shockinized is laying in a bush and just starts shooting Arre from nowhere. Im pretty sure Shocki gets killed himself after that but starting of by simply shooting bullets into someones body is always an RDM if no RP was involved. 3 days for RDM - Lack of Rp - No RP at all - Just a Random Death Match

Hello. Medics are not allowed to work with civilians. Alltho there are many situations where they are forced or in events where special rules applies. However, if there IS an event, it will be announced on forums and via Admin SMS in game. And sometimes its regular practice for Medics to pick up weapons as they sometimes disappear when ressing. In those cases its OK to do so. But if they keep, transfer or do anything else with the weapon then returning it to its rightfull owner, its considered stealing. I will lock this topic and see if Uggmull found a solution for the Medic involved. Else he risks losing his medic privileges. Also i will give all the SC people involved 1 warning: You are never allowed to "claim" a medic, they have other dutys to the server and everyone else.

Declined. Evidence supplied is not enough. I dont see anything wrong in any of the scenarios. The safezone: The video evidence is to short to show if they are just driving past, staying or switching vehicles. Also i see no conversation happening to check if that was the case. The Helicopter suicide run: If you fly like you where doing in the video, you have yourself to blame (you can even hear your mates scream in fear). Nice landing tho, but you took the risk. Remember that doing robbery's like that will most cases be considered lack of RP unless the situation started on the ground somewhere earlier. Im looking activity on duping and i take that very serious. And we take abusing our admin support just as serious if not worse. I will properly investigate this and if i find any anomolies (from previous backups up to today, so whatever you have done, its in my historylogs) on AFF's houses, action will be taken. Same goes for SC (as im the judge here i check both sides).

I dont see any evidence of your view Thomas, only screenshots. I agree that TU are giving to little warningtime as you have holstered weapons and are NOT a threat. On the other hand, this request is declined. You can even hear thomas friends talking about "now its war time" in teamspeak before the shootout starts. But now you know for the future, TU robbs and kills people with short timeframes - what have we learned from this? We will have infected situations and a whole server that shoots TU as soon as they approach and it wont be considerd a RDM if you continue as you do TU. Organized robbing and killing (specially when its 10 people and hour) is unnecessary and will cause you more harm then it helps. RP more and situation is solved.

Banned 3 days for VDM/RDM (vehichle deathmatch) as shooting from vehicle counts as "damage from vehicle" (arma 3 engine). So i want to point it out: You are never allowed to shoot down a helicopter in mid flight unless you are being attacked by it or are a part of A.P.D. You can try to shoot to disable it if you are fighting on ground, but if he crashes you risk being banned for VDM/RDM unless you repay/apologies for the situation. If you want to do that AFF Datorn, make a banappeal with all the details there. And as mention above, supply more video next time (as you clearly have it). Alltho the ban is Accepted.

After watching the evidence there is nothing wrong with this specific incident. - Declined. Alltho ive been spectating SC alot and the type of robberys being done in this area is not OK and will be dealt with in other manners (like Admins showing up in a tank to give you a New life rule so you cant be there for 15min atleast!). . So consider that roadblocking the mainroad, in same area, for extended periods of times are not allowed (15min "camping rule"). moving 250m dosent count as a new area.

After watching evidence supplied, this is a gray area. There is no evidence from the view of the person getting shoot and the clip is to small to judge what happened to you afterwards. But the incident Tu.Felip vs BRC Sebbe we can see on your video that Sebbe is moving back and forwards (not standing still or any indication on standing still). I can not judge that situation before i see evidence from the guy getting killed or the guy shooting. So this is a decline due to lack of evidence. On the other hand, i strongly want to point out for TU and other players that you should give people more then 5 seconds before even considering shooting. Let them shoot at you first or it will be considered a RDM.

Hello. This is a lie. You recived 2.3 million from "these guys" and you where completly new on the server (just as "these guys"). I dont buy that you didnt understand what was happening, you even had "these guys" on your steam friendlist. You are even mentioning a crucial part of the exploit..... Ill edit that out (other admins, ill make a post under this one with that information hiden)

This time around there is no good information supplied ieather and there is nothing that leads me to belive you have changed. Declined. I will never again lift any GameHack #38 requests no matter if it was for onlinebuffysoldiers or if it was intended for Arma 3. Its a cheatengine recognized by Battleye itself and has nothing to do with our personal filters, i trust in battleye. Being honest about cheating dosent help your case when you have allready been caught, its another thing if people confess before that happens.
