Hello. Because [R.W] G.Miltarios has been logged in from 2 different GUID's and to prevent him from logging on/purchasing more GUID's i included the singular IP. The name "STEN CAD Philae" is used between these two accounts together with your name, Herman Öring and others like Skigunde, Spotloskar, Ludvig and TOG. All of which have been logged in from 2 different guid's tied to the name [R.W] G.Miltarios. So yeah, lets assume its the truth you are speaking, its your brother. That means you are sharing the accounts and then i will not be able lift the ban as both GUID used by your brother would still be banned. We will never know how you guys share the machines/accounts and/or if its true. Maybe both accounts are used by the same guy or several. Therefor both GUID's will remained banned!

I added benefits for those who had donated and wanted to give some extra as we need it for the work we have done and for the new hosting (as we bind several months at the time with them). But GW chosed not to include these yeat. Remember that we are following Bohemia Monitization rules and you are never allowed to buy access to something like a TRG. Anyhow, all the skins, customization, scopes, glasses, hats and clothing that are activated at higher donatorlevels are soon introduced again. have patient!

Hello Thomas. Its not up to the admins to prove what application/method you used. When you get 70 millions over a period of just a few hours and cant provide with vital information you are the one getting punished. However, when we later discover stuff in logs that collaborates this issue its kinda obvious you have exploited to get more money. Your IRL friends were very upset and i can understand them as they got dragged into this aswell. We even have a rule that states you should contact admins if you magiclly get money that is untainable. So its on you Thomas. You have a personal responsibility when you play computergames. Im sure we have revisited this before and no, it wasent 4 months ago, last time your profile was updated was: 2015-02-25. it was but the amount you and your friends where duping was massive. I chosed to take only you as the other have played on the server for awhile and was only retrieving minior items from you. If it was only a few clothings and a baclava i would have wiped your character and let you play, but in this case it was so much more. So instead of removing several people, you where removed permanently. And this banappeal contains minimal information for any other admin to process. So please folks, the more information the better! And rogers, not all admins have time to answer on TS or via PM. So if you wanna supply new/other information i can suggest you to do so via a PM and they will read it as soon as they can.

And that was alot of posts to read. This case is declined as you ran over players and then shoot them. As it was a "so-so" situation you only got 3 days for RDM/VDM rather then anything else, so it was mildly punished and hopefully you dont run over anyone in the future and if you comply with the police rather then running over and then shooting them they would probably overlooked the VDM and continue with the Roleplay. You however start shooting etc so i see this case as a Clear VDM and BAD manners shooting the guy you just ran over (so VDM+RDM). No. Troll is obvious when troll is obvious. You copied the subject but not the content of our template. And no, you have not been banned for 6 months, you have been banned for 3-6 weeks. Coming here and trying to claim its an old ban and speaking lies is not a good start and will be taken into consideration in any cases related to you guys. Hello, You where warned everytime you played music in SIDECHAT and when you where sitting inside the kavala market playing music when admins where talking to people. I even asked you to turn it off with no repons. That was the last time. But before that you had warnings, information and referals to rules 4 times before this occured and chosed to remove you permanently. Its clearly stated in our rules that you can not keep posting banappeals incase a verdict is reached (like in your 2 last banappeals). This is the 4th appeal you do (excluding the amount of PM's here and on TS). Please respect this decision. I will not unban you for your behavior, it was very bad and we are always striving to remove troublemakers to make our server a good/fun place to play. Its easy to be afterwise once verdicts and bans have fallen. If you listened the first 4 times i warned you it would have been a totaly different story. And you still dont get why you are banned as you are refering to "playing music in your car" which have never been mentioned and/or refered to anywhere. You have been/where banned for 3 extensive trollings (music/noice in side and running over people in kavala), 1 banrequest and 5th time when you played music in SIDE.

Then remove the "Marksman" folder in your arma 3 game folder and reverifiy/redownload that part. then connect. should hopefully solve it for you, else it might be related to something with your card/driver setup since the new patch.

Hello. No, there was no protest and there was no rebellion happening. We, the admins, are a group of friends that keep constant contact. I have been talking about this specific ban alot together with another admin over a long period of time, i was sure he was on it but i was swift and took it before him). So that specific part was ment as a pun for him (between me and him). And if you took that personally that was not intended, it wasent even for you! But anyways, lets talk about what you have typed together: 1. You havent been contactable on the media i use when i processed the ban. 2. If you ever reveal anything regarding any exploit you will be removed, swiftly. Some stuff is not "reporting". You can do that in a more suitable manner (like sending a PM with all the details). On the other hand, this specific exploit is related to Arma3 Engine and nothing we can solve, so that is taken into consideration. 3. Im alittle flattered that you keep nice track of my work, maybe future secretary? ^^. joke aside. Ban requests/appeals are usally hanging around for several days/hours, during that time i view and check the ban request - then simply type it down and move on to the next. Once ive done a batch of them i go to the forum and compile the findings. If i would work the way you think im working, then i have to re-enter the system for every banrequest and reopen the logs, views and databases i need for that task. I feel its alot smoother to do a bounch of them and then filter the data! 4. I do not understand your obsession with "admins contacting you". If you havent notice we have a few admins who are on "leave" and others working superhard on 4.0. Why dont you simply compile your findings (as mention above) in a neat little PM containing all the information needed? 5. In our rules its clearly stated that "testing of arma engine" is not allowed on our server. Simply because of matters like this and people blaming it on "testing" and "prevention work". So once again, if you spoil anything regarding an exploit on our forum/boards/ts/ingame you will be removed.

Hello. To start of with: In the evidence supplied it looked like you and vincent where up-to-no-good in Athira, starting to make trouble in the neighborhood. So i took you both for 10 days as it clearly looked like you both where knowingly into this (confirmed that you where atleast in your post above). Personally i would ban permanent for any sort of duping that isnt resolved, even if its bugg or not. Its simple to remove an item by storing them in car and then store the car. Any and all duped items are messing up the server economy and circulation, even if its just a minor item it soon ends up being loads of money (we have almost 20k unique players). So 10 days atm, i might change the ban for you and Vincent to 3 days and remove your current gear/items to balance it all out. We will see which one i go for (ill update this thread if i change it).

Hello. I find this alittle dodgy ;P I can not ban your brother beacuse you want to unfortinatly. But if he is behaving like that he dosent deserve to mess around here, ive banned him for now untill ive reviewd all the logs/evidence. If he seems to be understanding his previous mistakes and apologies, i have nothing to ban him for. Learn him some proper brotherhood manners and he will be able to play computergames again!

Hello. These guys have been doing this a few times (they are 3 guys actually.. stealing stuff and going straight to chopshop). So ive set up camp there when im online as admin and yesterday i managed to shoot em when they refused to talk to me and tried to escape with a stolen car. They are gone for 2 days each for Trolling/Stealing vehicles in safezone. Cheers!

He is banned permanently for his behavior and exploits. I have seen him do this on other houses and this is not nice.... not at all... Now he is gone for good and i will start investigating RW to see if they have acumilated any items this way. If they have, they will be removed to.

Hello. Any form of duping is considerd a max penelty offense in my eyes. But i will give these guys (Vincent AND Fiddy Sent) 10 days for duping headgear. During these 10 days i will investigate every transaction and item going in and out from N.W.A. So if the rest of the members wanna come clean, now is the time! else we will see what the verdict is. Hello. We have a rule that mention the responsibility of you as a player. And if you have played here before you know about them. It clearly states under Rules -> General rules -> first section: "Duping items and/or money. If someone you dont know sends you an unobtainable amount of money, report to an admin IMMEDIATELY, you have a responsibility to as you are the one receiving the money. Do this or an admin will ban you permanently if they see that much on you without question." You guys where playing together with Jesper who brought in 60 million: $58,135,560 So im declining this request, maybe we can revisit it in the future but atm its to early for any excuses and/or apologies. I can not forgive what you did and you have a responsibility to know whom you are getting money from. No one gives away that much money (it have happened, but then it comes from well known grinders on the server and thats a different story, if you play and show some interest in the community you will know who those are. in this case you guys where knew and got millions from another new guy - warningbelsl?). If i didnt ban you, you guys would have put hacked money in the circulation and that messes up the data/mapbalance! So, instead of posting my blings ill post my old retro machines! hipster style! Here is a picture of my first own computer back in 1997-1999: This was a Pentium 2 600hz!!!! Note the awesome microsoft keyboard, they where ahead of their time with extra buttons! Check that crazy lamp out, i was a untameable rebel riding for freedom! And that spider, i remember his name 'Gosu'. We had much fun together, just watch this picture. containing more details and nostalgic items then a 90's music video. I remember the game of the day was being Quake and Counterstrike 0.0.7 (also known as 7.1 beta). And look, i knew those mcdonalds coca cola glas was an old thing! Also, this beast logged roughly 40.000 hours of EverQuest ^^). Anyhow, later in the 2002 we went hardcore with a 2.0 ghz Pentium 2 (or was it 3? cant recall). And flatscreen (that shit cost me 500 euro back then). Thats the age when you first realize that flowers dont belong in your gamecave. And yes, thats a Samsung n500 and ICQ you see there kids. Gosu is still around that bugger hitting it up with that p*ssycat, no shame! and THAT lamp with the supposedly alien (now when i think of it it actually looks like a human fetus). O.O Well well well, after 2002 comes ofc 2004 and world of wuuurcraft release, dualboxing style, 3.0 ghz Pentium 4 and an acient relic with keys on it! And once again, no kids! thats not a cellphone, thats a actually hardline telephone, wireless! ^^ 2005-2006ish and i got myself a Pentium Duo 2 core at 2.8ghz i think it was together with WIDESCREEN!: This particular machine was moved with me overseas on a airplane, memories..... who had a laptop in early 2000 right? ^^ And thats a Samsung Z600 or U500, i dont remember! And note that there is allways phones in pictures, i guess it takes the new generation awhile to figure out how i took the pictures. (yeey, old guy joke...).
