I will also give the same punichment to [TU] s1lver as he refuses to apology and it goes under the "same gang rule": Rules -> Gang/civ -> 1. Gang A gang will be judged for its actions as a group. (This applies for example if the gang leader of your gang declares war) As you both where clearly communicating and aiming for the same target.

An area where you fight and have stories to tell. The market area is the KoS zone and as mention above, if you are fleeing out or allready in a fight with someone there - you have alittle jiggleroom. But setting up/pre-engaging 1km out? No.

Hello. Personally when i made this zone the actually marker (where you get the warning) is the KoS zone, which is 50m outside the colored area. But as people are running in and out of it its very hard to keep track of it and when we had people with very high powered rifles it was hard to know exactly where the line was. So i usually say that use common sense. if you KNOW they are outside the Area, dont shoot (unless its reinforcement if you have already commenced a battle). But at 1 km range you are NOT unsure if they are inside/outside of the zone. But yeah, if you hear a heavy battle going on at the border of the zone and you start sneaking up towards it, expect someone to shoot at you (even if you are 400m out). In this case there is no sound etc and im not saying that is what happened, its just to clarify a few scenarios. However, i can agree that your purpose in the area was clear. Alltho they should have tried to make contact or waited untill you where closer. I will talk with another admin to get 2 verdicts on this and due to people abusing loopholes we might add it as a rule aswell. (just to clarify). Locked untill ive finished that discussion. Verdict will be posted here. A sidenote: Cops and Rebels are still allowed to show up at the bandit. But its lower in priority.

So. After watching the evidence supplied i have to state following: 1. You can impossibru mean 2015-01-12 ? thats a long time ago. But i checked 2015-02-12 as i guess you mean that date. There is no record of [T.U] lomax dawn playing that day! I extended my search to the 11th and 13th, there was a lomax playing then and he had no crashes. So validation of date would be needed. 2. In the end you guys didnt lose anything and you managed to kill him, so the once walking away from this with shame is TU right? So the only possible rule being broken here is that they didnt RP properly. On the otherhand its very douchebaggery and against the rules to try to stop vehicles in that manners (he wasent even aiming for the tire), but he failed and no one was killed/stopped. Unless TU want to apology for this incident (as they where the once losing the battle) and you guys accept it, i would feel good. But else i need the exact date to validate (pref time to).

Hello. I was trying to contact you via sms, ingame voice channels and even looked for you on ts/steam. No reply at all from you. Once you saw me you started running. Then i banned you and asked you to contact me on Teamspeak (shown in the message). But you did not. Banappeal works just fine to i gues. But let me restate the same questions once again: Maybe you can explain how you, as a new player, have 271.000 on your hand and no licenses and im curious to why you dont reply to Admin sms and Ingame voice from admin? i gave you 5 minutes to reply (walking next to you). No indications at all that you tried to communicate back. Also, supply as much information possible and compile it. I will then retrace your route and validate as much as possible.

But by judging on your reply i guess you didnt read all i wrote: Simply, dont point a gun to someones face that are approaching with lowered guns. It would be a total different matter if they where approaching with drawn weapons or in any ambush scenario. (like a highly equipped gang at the peachfield). Or even if they said screamed "put your weapon down". but that didnt happen. this is what happened: That is because you didnt give them to finish the sentence, they where interrupted by bullets to the brain. As i can clearly see that you didnt learn anything from this i will decline your request.

Hello, I will take this in English. Now we are talking about douchebaggery again in my opinion (case on the edge), you can not judge an situation as threatfull within 0.5 sec of a conversation unless they are screaming "death" while aiming at you or coming in with speed/drawn and pointed weapons suggesting it was an ambush. This goes both ways. Robbers have to give you fair time. then atleast give them one second or two to state their intentions. Two phrasings comes in mind: "What comes around goes around", "Threat others as you want to be treated". So, after watching the video and carefully examen the positions, the timing, the behavior/voice and the reactions i have to say its a case of NOT threatening when the shooting occured. Why you ask? Well, you are farming something legal, there are other civilans approaching with big farming trucks, slowly, and they walk forward with weapons lowered, slowly. There was no driving up and jumping out of cars with drawn guns suggesting it was a planned robbery/ambush. You then aim straight for their heads (which have always been considerd bad manners at legal activities), and they still dont engage in any threatfull manners (weapons still lowered). I can understand the uncomfort with them around but there is only one way to escape that, by driving away as they approach rather then shooting them in the face as soon as they speak. In this case the results is 3 day for RDM + Lack of roleplay to [s.D.S] Tyrone Biggins. But for the future, for both parties and anyone else reading: If you are unsure about intentions, use the SMS feature before you approach/being approached and do it carefully. Use the distance when you talk in direct-chat before you establish a face-to-face conversation, especially if you dont want them walking up to you. Also, any kind of "fishing" is considerd being the aggressor (planting someone at a lucrative location and have people waiting untill someone robbs him, im not saying it happened here, but i feel it needs to be mentioned). But i guess you all learned a valuable lesson from this incident. For reference: §4 RDM Killing without a Roleplay Cause No defense involved, situation not threatening from evidence supplied.

Hello. Ill take this in English. Just by simply spotting someone in safezone dosent mean they have fleed there (after a firefight). There is no view of your companion hunting him and i cant hear you calling out any pursuits on the video. But if you where, you should have spent some time there to make sure he is actually staying/hiding in the safezone. If he refuse to leave the area or simply store his vehicles and stay there. its a fleeing to safezone. He even replies to you that he is picking a car up, thats not a definite proof of escaping. So judging from the evidence supplied and unless you have a video from the pursuit itself, this ban is declined.

This specific incident however looks very bad but might not be so bad if whats stated is true. I wasent there so my judgment is based on everything you guys have supplied so far. But as a result of the whole situation: Bobbi is banned for 3 days Lack of Roleplay + RDM. edit: Bobbi understands the situation and have been informed for future references. Choppy was not requested to be banned by you, but i personal feel he did wrong to so i will have a 1to1 talk with him to never repeat that behavior/apology/refund this situation. If he dont accept what i have to offer, he will go the same way as bobbi for 3 days. (havent had time to talk to him just yeat).

I then asked you to supply some logs so i could futher investigate if there was something obvious, but that is just to futher extend the suspection, not clear you of any wrongdoing. There is a bug when someone is logging on that you sometimes appears on the Rebel island (this is known and the locations are known). But it has never occurred at the airfield so its eliminate that theory, it would be first of its kind. The desync is plausible but as its clientside lagg (if so many sees you and you dont see them) and you are the one responsible to supply evidence of your innocents. Its understandable that not everyone records everything they do. Use pastebin.com for any text-related copy-pastes or sprend.com and send the URL to me in a pm. but for now the ban remains untill ive gotten my hands on your RPT and incase you can supply anything else. I will lock this topic (as you dont want to paste your RPT publicly, send it in PM as mention above in a pastebin/sprend link format) and move it to correct part once processed.

Hello, I love to see my own ban message taken with a handheld camera rather then print screen. qudos! Anyhow, as (swag)toxic had used several different GUID's i chosed to ban him by IP as it was a 1 day ban and the only unique identifier for him. If it was a higher severity issue i would include all different guid's but to catch him quickly and efficient for a 24h ban i chosed the IP assuming he had plenty of access to guid's. I did however do a search on his IP and as mention above, it was uniqe to him and no other player. So my advice, as this ban is about to run out, is to enjoy the evening. cook some food together and come back fresh tomorrow. Take this opportunity to read up on the rules.. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hello. You need to provide exacts dates so we can backtrack in logs and look over this situation. It all depends what language and what behaviour you used. As a guidestone we never ban anyone permanently unless its threats, really bad language and behaviour. So if you are banned permanently i will not lift it w/o a full transcript of what happened that day. you can supply this by checking old local loggs and i will investigate our serverloggs once you supply time-date and exact ingame name you used.

Hello. I want to provide this information: Civilians can roleplay their agenda but they can never enforce it w/o following the rules supplied on the forums (No rdm, roleplay, etc etc). You can also make a forumpost about it but it never gives you the right to shoot anyone doing turtles. Also, new players are never obliged to read the general discussion part and gangrelated news on the forum, only the rules as you all should be following those! The only factions who have official rules regarding agendas are the Cops and the Rebels.

Hello As there isnt sufficient evidence provided i can not proceed. On the other hand i would highly advice you, Harrison Jones, never to log out in bandit area (no matter when restart is). Or even try to capture it when less then 30min to serverrestart. You have to find your way in there and you have to find your way out. If i see any other evidence or anything like that again i will act upon it.

Hello. There is alot of talk and little apology going on here. So the results are following: 1. Miroslav have received 3 days ban for his bad behavior/language in sidechat 2. Julian have received a PERM ban for rape comments and very bad language/behaviour. The only way to redeem yourselfs is to speak to those you offended personally and apologies deeply. Else i wish you the best.

So, i want to go out fishing and find some proper cod, but i guess thats out of the question? Joke a side, anyone can understand the benefit of having the offender apology and refund the victim while they have a small chat i Teamspeak. But as you no longer seem to care about this incident i will not proceed with any bans ieather. =7cav= was an old gang here and had one old admin called Carlsson. Im not sure why this guy shows up acting like this. But after examining the case closer its a clear case of trolling/lack of roleplay/vdm and i will give him 5 days in total. Remember to put the offenders name in the topic so we can easly search for ban history.

Hello. Let me explain this to you guys. From the video supplied its a clear case of RDM. The only thing we hear is "stop your car", "put your hands up" and bullets starts flying. BUT after reading the above conversation and taking under consideration that you are actually moving around the vehicle when ppl speak i get the feeling you where ready for a fight. Also, Talibankriger had a conversation and refounded some of the money. None will be banned in this matter. But for the future, and this goes to both of you, specially if you are robbing people: 1. Give CLEAR and SHORT commands. 2. Give the person enough time to comply (if they start running you can consider it hostile, unless they have no guns) 3. If you get spikestripped and hear people talk, dont go our running of your vehicle. if you have played enough to be farming Diamonds im pretty sure you are aware that you exit your vehicle with drawn guns, Aim down to the ground when you exit or holster it after you exit unless you are up for a fight (if you start running, most results are like above). And next time, set your loopback (if you use fraps) to atleast 1 minute. thanks
