Populationen går i vågor och vi fullpopar nästan alltid under primetime, annars ligger siffran lite under!
Jag jobbar ju jättemycket med serverprestandarn och utifrån den hårdvara och andra leksaker vi har i vår arsenal så har vi landat på 90pop.
 
(this is based on our server, with our missionfile and scripts etc etc)
När servern har 1-50 pop så har vi 40-50 serverfps
När servern har 51-65 pop så har vi 30-39 serverfps
När servern har 66-80 pop så har vi 25-29 serverfps
När servern har 81-90 pop så landar vi på 15-24 serverfps.
Edit: Speculation: 91-100 pop would drop us at 6-12fps (estimation with the values above)
 
För att få lite referens: 
I bohemias forum och lite överallt på nätet så talas det just om serverfps (och uträkningar den hinner med per fps). I dessa trådar ligger benchmark något i stil med:
46-50 Flawless
35+ Perfect (this and above is only archived on 50pop or less servers)
25+ Very good
15+ OK/good
10+ Bad
6+ Verybad
1-5 Critical (something wrong)

So we have just reached a ok/good to very good perfomance with 90 pop. im sure its alot more utilization and optimization that can be done, like with a secondary server that runs a Headless_Client that have the load of all objects/addactions on the map (as an exampel) which gives the cpu more space to squeez in equations in the cycles/serverfps. 
During my time we have gone from 3 fps up to 25-30 stable in fullpop, that couldnt be enterily achived w/o our community, which enabled us to buy new hardware when we where in dire need!
 
So untill we upsize again, 90 is a very good threshold for us .
We want some room to develop on (adding objects to the map, scripts and so on which all drains serverperformance).

PL = Players
FPS = Frames per second (server, not same as your homecomputer fps ^^)
CPS = Cycles per second (server)
I took the screen at the highest we got with that pop ;p as you can see on the graphs, it goes up and down alot per interval.

Other rules:
4 Hunters (1 per 2 cop online)
Max 3 Hunters at the Federal Reserve and 1 "big" helicopter (Hellcat, ghosthawk or taru).
Max 1 big helicopter at bandit and federal ("big helicopter" = hellcat, taru or ghosthawk).
1 Armed helicopters are only to be used at special occasions
-Not to be used as scouting vehicle
-Are not allowed to fire on ground vehicles
-Need to be approved of High ranking officer
-Can only be used after a chase is commenced and not as a precaution  
-Not to be used in raids
-The APD/AMP have kill on sight if they see you driving their vehicles so be careful taking theese.
-A.M.P/APD Are allowed to execute people.

You may only use the crowbar to help people in need.
If you are going to kill a medic, you need to give him an ultimatum, for an example: Go away from the area or we open fire,
If he fails do to as he is told, you are allowed to kill him.
If you say: Only revive my mates, thats not an ultimatum make sure you say, Revive my mates only, if you try to revive anyone else you will die!
If you fail to do as above, it will be counted as an RDM.

They are trying to force us to live the way they want, not the way we always have been, by spending the money you make for them by taxation on the “legal” trades such as copper mining, salt mining and so on. And then tax you on wares you earn so they can bathe in money.  
 
We see no other way than to force it upon those poor souls who have chosen the governments way of life, be it taxation, rob them or even have those poor fools taken away if they don’t see what’s best for our land. For now we have enforced it upon our lands but soon we will free the whole of Altis.
 
 
 
You might not see it our way now, but when we have thrown those illigit and corrupt “rulers” in to the sea and gotten our old ways of life back you will see the good in our ways. Stay away from the trades that they see as legit, this will help us in our cause by bleeding their economy out. We don’t want to hurt our own people but we will if we have to. Arma 3 buggs effects everyone and its out of our scope. We will not be doing Bohemias work for them and we can not solve these issues (would be to much work, so instead of burning everyone out - we simply dont support it).

1. If NLA ever lose a 50 cal they have top priority to take it back. If its ever left behind it should be emptied and destroyed somewhat.
 
2. If you ever get your hands on one, consider yourself lucky! but going around shooting with it like bananas goes under all other regular rules.
You know, RDM, VDM, NLR etc. If you just shoot and killed someone w/o RP, its RDM no matter what you use as your weapon .

I have solved this and i unbanned this person, im now locking this thread and moving it to accepted.

Today I have setup a function on teamspeak that will delete all sub-channels of "Own Channels" and "Clan/Gang" that are older than 168hours (1 week).
 
This is to give teamspeak a better overview and delete old clans that is no longer in use.
Also this gives the admins a better chance of giving you your own channel since we do not need to concern about when to delete it.
 
(It also helps me with some new software I am working with).
 
Hope this doesn't affect teamspeak negatively.

Det riktiga problemet här är erat sätt att glitcha genom väggar med commander.

Men absolut så är det så att akuta saker kan uppstå utanför Altis men tyvärr är regler regler

I was online at this moment so i know what happened.
I asked stefan to leave the area and he did. They also was online 8+ for a very short period of time.
 
There was no fuss about it and they complied.
Also, they have resolved this internally by releaving Stefan of his dutys, for good.
(i have also had a conversation with remaining TU on teamspeak).

I have personally invested alot of time in that exact processes and its a neverending calibration. 
If you remove the robbery/hostile actions the ladder would be working great. But during primetimes it get very hard to do anything at all as many people who have 137183998542898987529 millions and all the vehicles are online (just like you say). Some people have also become lazy and used to how stuff work so they try shortcuts! 
For 4.0 there will be some major changes in structure etc as we are redoing the code from scratch. that could change some variables in the mix and hopefully alter the result!
Also, a while ago we approved having "escort/protective" service bought from NLA. The rules/documentation hasent been 100% completed tho but i think they have started with some smaller things.

Repeated offense, then you comment stuff that isnt even correct. It was me that permanent banned you, not Afriel and there are several other things that you are trying to discuss away or blame. You are in no position to discuss these matters, you can simply apologies for your actions.
The behavior you had after these bans was very rude against several admins and therefor i will not lift your ban.
 
And you have failed to see the damage you made, the problem you caused. All i see is excuses.
 
I personally believe that this behavior can not be fixed in your case.
I will, however, bring this appeal with me to next admin meeting to see if anyone feel you should be granted a 8th chance.
If that happens, I will personally comment on this thread. No use to send pm's or making new appeals.
