Shooting a player without giving reasonable time to follow demands is considered RDM.
 
Starting a robbery against the A.P.D at scene, tells him to put his hands up, as we're in a helicopter we're not able to put our hands up, he then yells at 00:16 : "Get out of the chopper or we will pen fire" without any time for us to follow their demands we get shot in the head at 00:18.
Later when the H.R.A kills him in the checkpoint he combatloggs.

1) First of all, I think its very important to have a real understanding of how RP works and how people will/would react to what you are saying/doing. For me, RP is like 101% of the AltisMod.
2) I always believe in giving people second chances, I mean. There are no people, as perfect to not make ANY mistakes. So therefor, listen to what the people have to say. Good RP should always be rewarded.
3) Too know what you stand for as a Police, know the rules and also for sure have some knowledge about crimes and stuff like that. Be able to put up a visual picture for the person in crime.
4) Too be able to work in a team and with other people. That's like A and B. Without communication, nothing will work out how it was supposed to.
5) And of course, not being easy manipulated, to abuse stuff or threat people different, depending on which relation you have to them. Neutral in the matter of justice.

A very funny, beer-drinking guy who loves to RP.
Have a lot of free time to spend as a Police, and hopefully also too improve the core.
Very understanding, mature and responsible person.

To always protect the innocent and to keep Altis safe.
  Why should we pick YOU as a police officer?
I believe that I and you would benefit a lot from eachother, and wouldn't have a single boring moment together.
  What do you hope to achieve if you become a police officer?:
Too achieve more of the higher levels of RP and to become somekind of famous on CV Gaming.
  What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?:
That's like the biggest factor within the Police apartment I would say.
Without that you wouldn't get far and would for sure not be liked by a lot of people.
You earn respect by giving respect. Loyalty comes with time.
  Why are the police faction important?
Too keep the innocent people safe, too keep Altis safe and secure. 
There's too much shit going on all over the place.
We need a big Police Faction.
  What do you personally think that the police faction would need to become better?
Get bigger and more active.
I can for sure improve you much just by having a lot of active time, and I have that for sure.

I am a 22 year old Professional Handballplayer.
Currently living in Switzerland, now on my third season here.
Love to spend time on my computer, playing all kinds of games.

Här har vi bra konstruktiv kritik med förslag på förbättringar. 
 
Tråden har änsålänge varit intressant o läsa. Och om ni väljer stt besvara så snälla gör det med lite åsikter och förslag etc. Ta Olssons post som exempel på hur ni inte ska göra. 

Så du menar, att göra en fraktion olootbar gör att civs inte vill spela civs eftersom att döda en fraktionsmedlem inte ger något? 
På punkt två, inte fan ser jag stora hemmtts eller tempest devices fulla med kokain heller, kan tillägga att jag aldrig sett det. Ser inte gäng åka runt i hatchback sports, offroads, suvs med västar och gevär heller, trots att jag bor i ett litet hood. Japp, det händer att pressbyrån runt hörnet blir rånat lite då och då men inte ligger det 5 snipers runtom och skjuter polisen som kommer. Det var dessutom ett tag sedan jag såg 5 hummingbirds/m900 ovanför Kalmar centrum också. 
 
Så snälla, att dra en jämförelse med verkliga livet i Sverige är väldigt fel. Tänk på att vi spelar ett krigsspel, där du jobbar ihop dig pengar via lagliga/olagliga saker.

There is a pretty good reason i combatlogged... Im not the type that does so and i VERY rarely do it out of rage, but your ''Scrub Club'' gets on everyones nerves, we try to have a fun time and I try to RP on a RP-based server. I've been on this server since around August 2014, but left for a pretty long time since i thought the RP was getting worse. Now it's just insane and im at the edge of leaving the server for good. Your gang is litteraly the filth of the the whole community and i dont understand why you even chose a RP server to play on in the first place.
True, it wasn't OK for me to Combatlogg. If it was a proper Combat-scenario where both the APD and SC had fired lethal shots i wouldn't have combatlogged, but when you shoot me and Hustle down after i fired a couple of tazer shots towards Lallish which was driving circles around us in a Police hatchback???
To me you are doing everything that's possible to avoid RP and get your beloved gear.
The most unbelieveable thing to me is how immature you are. Yesterday i had decent RP with you in Sofia, where I let you go after only taking your Policevest and Silencer, letting you leave with Rebel clothes and a Katiba. And now youre putting up a banrequest on me because you didnt get to loot my Rangemaster belt and taser?

När polisen "breachar" dörren så slår de sönder den vilket då leder till att du inte kan stänga den..
