Tell us a little about yourself!: My name is Trym Olstad.I love gaming have 733 hours with Arma 3. I am 14 Years old, my birthday is 6 March. I live in Norway (Brumunddal) I often travel to sweden to see my grandparents. I love this server and i would love to be a cop on this server to help the server, make the police work easier and help other police officers/civillians.

Vad mer ska jag skriva tro, uhmm..  Har varit medic innan btwwwwww   AS A TRAINEE, YOU ARE UNDER PROBATION! The first big mess-up, if you can't explain yourself, YOU'RE GONE!

Absolut så bör en sådan regel redan funnits på plats. Det är just när det kommer till regler som den uppgift som vi admins sitter på blir såpass svår, det är i princip omöjligt att lägga till regler om allting som är okej och som inte är okej på en RP server. På en roleplay server så anser jag att innan man tar ett beslut så bör man tänka efter hur detta lämpar sig i rollspelet. Skulle det vara möjligt för mig att gå ut i vardagen och lägga mig och sova med en soffa till exempel och sedan vakna upp med den i ett annat hus? Nej troligtvis inte och därför bryter det emot det RP som servern försöker stå för. Dock så finns det ju saker som kanske är okej som vissa anser inte anser lämpa sig efter RP men dessa anpassningar har gjorts för att servern ska vara så bra som möjligt och framför allt så balanserad som möjligt. 
Bugge är en såpass gammal spelare här att jag tycker han bör förstå vad det innebär att hålla sig inom ramarna, Emil vet även att han har gjort fel då han upplever att han behöver komma och fråga mig i efterhand ifall det han gjorde var okej eller inte och jag tror vi båda kom överens om att det inte lämpade sig efter RP. Emil loggade dessutom ut när han märkte att en Hunter stod utanför hans hus när det var dags för RAID, varpå personer i hans TS-kanal skrev "Haha misslyckad raid" fast man inte ens tillhörde hans gäng. Vilket indikerar att han loggar ut för att slippa en situation med polis där han riskerar att bli raidad.
Jag kan anse att med all den informationen på hand så bör Bugge veta vad som är okej och inte, Lack of RP är ett såpass brett begrepp och därför så har vi valt att använda detta begrepp ibland när det kommer upp situationer som är lite smått otydliga men som inte håller sig inom ramarna som existerar. När folk tidigare utnyttjad såna här medel för att undvika RAID så har dem i alla kända fall blivit bannade och ibland rentav fått en WIPE. 
Det handlar alltså inte om att det är någon som är lat, men precis som jag tidigare nämnt så är det otroligt svårt ut en paragraf för vad EXAKT vad som inte lämpar sig och det är därför vi administratörer och moderator existerar för att kunna göra en sådan bedömning utifrån oklara situationer. När det läggs upp en solkar RDM så kan nog ALLA se att det bör vara en ban och då behövs det inte alltid en Admin/mod som avgör, men i fall som dessa är det viktigt att det finns personer med bedömningsförmåga!
Jag tackar ödmjukast för att du tagit dig tid att skriva denna regel då den var mycket välformulerad så ska jag ge dig äran att få din regel inlagd i våra server regler så att man slipper missförstånd om sådant som vissa anser vara självklart! När det kommer till bans så är dem individuella och det är så vi vill hålla dem alltså, en individs ban är upp till den enskilda personen att hantera och i detta fallet är Bugges ban inte din ensak!

  Describe why you would like to play as a police officer?:
- Recently I have created a group, known as Securitas. The purpose of the company isn't on any documents yet, but I know what tasks I should take care of. And that is to serve and protect the society. I found this very exiting, and co-operating with the Altis Police got me more excited about the work. So far I have actually managed to do various tasks such as transporting, arresting, patrolling and of course protecting. As I've done all this the police got interested in what I do, and they also offered me an opportunity to be part of their department.  
Briefly describe the various tasks of a police officer?: - Patrolling- For example looking for suspects, or just checking by and seeing what's going on.  
Describe why YOU would be a good addition to the police force?: - Since I worked as a security guard I think I've got a good overview of the job as a police officer. Therefor I would like to really see what it's all about. And I could promise you that I would complete my tasks and perform them in a good performance.  
What is your input on respect, loyalty, and rule enforcement?: - While working with fellow officers, at any job its is very important that you have social competence and that you can interact with other people. Therefor respect, loyalty and rules are highly important and should be followed.  
Please provide a roleplay name and a background story for the character applying to the police: - My name is Seppo Aalitonen, and I was born here on Altis. My father was Finish and my mother Swedish. When the 80's came they moved to the Swedish island Altis, where I was born. I got my name from my Finish grandfather, Seppo Aalitonen. My father and mother moved away from Altis and to Finland when I was 20 years old. Now it was the 2000's and I had to get a job, and get onto my own feet. So I studied to become a medic, and I graduated with good grades. After that I got a job at the Medics. Then I started a Securitas company and after that the police got interested with my life, and my company. They offered me a Job here, and now I'm writing this application.  
Tell us a little about yourself!  - I come from Gothenburg, I am studying at the moment. I really enjoy playing on this server, whenever I play Arma. I'm also a member of Sjövärnskåren and really enjoy being at sea.
