@kooben but if u use common sence, u can see that its not possible that Macke could have engaged us. We were driving constant behind xymz without any stops. If he did, we were driving well over 30 km/h, which gives us no chance to hear any words.

Me and my mates in TSAR were chasing down MCF, because xymz was inside their veichle. Then Mackè and his orange SUV decides its a good stat to jump outside of his veichle, and start shooting at TSAR and MCF, without any engage or kos.

It all began when me and my gang were setting down spikes just outside GH 1. I had to move a couple spikes further up the road, untill i saw a car. I moved out of the way, but still he drove over me. Watch the evidence aswell

Additional information:
It all began when me and my gangmembers from TSAR were driving south on the main road, to set up some spikes for another robbery.
RU came up, and began gathering around us, but we were around a ATM (marked), aka SZ. At first, they tried to engage us, but since ATM is SZ. However, we told them marked ATMS is SZ withing 50m.
Then they decided to rob our friend, that was 75m away from the ATM. And he complied, and put his hands up, whilst we were standing in SZ and they shot us. (ME and John Smith). But me and John was already in the SZ before the engage started. Isn't this wrong?
From my point of view, this violates the rule YOu are not allowed to Rob within 500m from a SZ. and that atms are SZ's.
But it's the moderator's/admins desition, and not mine. I'd be happy to get corrected if i'm wrong!

ANY MODS/ADMINS LOOKING ON THIS POST.
Me, hvit, bobin and joel had an disgussion. Me and Walter Hvit thought that the spikes was an start of the engage, but the other guys did not. Our plan was to rob the driver, instead of "killing" him. So we ran up and started looting him. (because taking 90$ is apperantly looting all his stuff.)
We also thought we was not getting a ban, due to correct engange, even though a small f**k-up....
But this is your call MODS/ADMINS/OWNERS/Higher Ups... With great power, comes great responsibility...

Sir please read the text we wrote, We placed some spikes strips, to stop a pair of hatchbacks cruising down the main road. One of the guys in the Hatchback crashed, maybe due to driver error or the spikes. Unfortunately, the driver died, just as we where going to say "This Is SP, put your hands up or we will open fire". Anyways, we thought the spikes did the job, so we began lockpicking his car and drove off to Kavala to get some food and drink. (We also took his precious 90$....)
+ We couldn't loot the guy, because some other guy had aldready looted you. (BTW HE IS RENDERING THE VIDEO ASWELL)
