After many attacks on the A.R.A island by the A.P.D and the help of NATO they are now gone and wiped from the island. The
disappearance of A.R.A and the destruction of their work now created a large hole in the illegal business on Altis. The A.P.D
quickly cut down on illegal crimes & trades, now getting more control of the island. Citizens of Altis has been abused and
executed for crimes as this is their way of scaring any other citizen not to get into illegal trading. The gangs that still fight for
their independence & right to farm and carry firearms, fight back against A.P.D daily but not with much success. Some fights are
won but the majority is lost. The A.P.D does not respond lightly against the gangs, using military grade vehicles and weapons to
brutally murder any civilian breaking the law. There is not much stopping them and this calls for help, the citizens of Altis is
getting more and more restraint and soon the A.P.D will control the whole island. But what many doesn't know is that there is an
old rebel faction that still is operational and has acquired the old A.R.A plans on how they invaded Pyrgos. The N.L.A has been
operating in the dark for a long time, both recruiting gang members and corrupt police officers. Corrupt politicians has kept their
tracks covered and made sure that their guerilla base in the mountains of NW Altis has not been found. Now with updated plans
on how to attack Pyrgos they are preparing for a full scale attack against the A.P.D. This has come to be known as the Attack of
the Pyrgos Gulf. It lasted for weeks and was one of the most deadliest fights on Altis, even deadlier than the last attack on the
A.R.A. It first seemed to be a victory to the A.P.D but this was not the case. After 3 weeks of fighting the A.P.D gave up and their
last resources being sent back to Kavala. The Attack of the Pyrgos Gulf had a total of 234 casualties, almost 100 of these being
innocent civilians living in the town trying to escape. In frustration the N.L.A kept the attacks coming and soon they had
established 2 outposts. One of these on Molos Airfield and another hidden close to Kavala.
 
Agenda
The [N.L.A] is an army of the people and they will protect all civilians who follow their agenda.
The [N.L.A] can and will use lethal force against anyone who tries to oppose them.
The [N.L.A] strive for full controll over drugs & arms trading.
The [N.L.A] will not tolerate civilian groups who try to take controll over drugs/weapons.
The [N.L.A] will not tolerate taxing by civilians (but will probably tax themselves).
The [N.L.A] are in charge in the Rebel Town, and if you do not behave you will be shot on sight.
The [N.L.A] do not take trespassing lightly.
The [N.L.A] will use methods such as: Kidnapping, Blackmailing, Extortion and more.
 
Rebel Town
The Rebel Town is a safezone for rebels and civilians, the cops are not welcome there.
But beware, if the cops get shot at inside the Rebel Town, they will answer the fire against any non-police they see.

Polisen har rätt att använda eld på erat gäng inklusive dig, du framförde hotet och du och ditt gäng orsakade en polis död, varför skulle dom skona dig så du eventuellt kommer lös och kan skada dom framöver. 
I texten ovan säger du att du blir avrättad direkt efter din engage men det stämmer inte, du blir avrättad efter en av dina polare skjutit ihjäl en polis.

Tjena alla CvG'are, vill börja med att säga att detta inte är något jag vill ska bli världens drama eller jidder, vill bara ventilera lite från mig och andra staff medlemmar och att communityt tar till sig det, därför kommer jag låsa denna tråden direkt om det blir tjafs, för det är inte meningen med detta inlägg, vill ni flika in så skriv till mig på forum eller teamspeak.
Vad är det som händer? vi har ett klimat just nu som är så sjukt toxic mellan spelare där det är bråk, pajkastning och ban requests precis hela tiden, staff sitter i timmar och löser bråk, bans och andra shitstorms som så enkelt kunde blivit undvikt om vi alla hade lite respekt för varandra.
Vi har ett donator system på CvG som går till server upgrades och communityt men det finns INGEN i våran staff som får ett öre för att sitta och refunda era helis när ni blir disconnectade, eller banna Rolfs Dator när han är inne och fuskar eller RDMar, vi får inte ett öre för att sitta kl 2 på natten och lösa bråk mellan gäng som lever på reglernas gränser, inte ETT öre.
Vi som sitter i staff är här för att vi älskar CvGaming's community, för att vi har spelat här väldigt länge och vill inte se det gå i botten.
Vi sitter här för att NI som spelar på servern ska ha en stabil upplevelse utan dupers, fuskare och annat tråkigt.
Vi sitter här för att NI ska ha det roligt, för att vi vill att NI ska kunna ha det lika bra som vi hade det när vi började spela här.
Vissa av oss jobbar eller pluggar, vissa har familj och barn etc, detta är inte vårat jobb, så snälla ha överseende och bli inte otrevliga när ni har väntat länge i en kanal för att få hjälp, vi är inte många, och vi kan inte sätta in vem somhelst i staff och ge dom tillgång till databasen, det går inte.
Vi ser att ni skriver, vi ser meddelanden på Teamspeak och forumet, men ibland tar saker lite längre tid, allt kan inte hända på en sekund, svarar vi inte så sitter vi förmodligen med något av följande: ett annat ärende, ingame i en situation, sover, äter, jobbar, är afk eller bara vill ha lite egen tid.
Admins, Mods, Supports och Devs är inte superhumans, vi är spelare som vem somhelst som valt att lägga ner tid på att hålla detta stället i luften, och vi kan inte göra 5 saker på samma gång eller dra ut en patch på 2 dagar, och vi orkar inte bli bemötta av en dryg attityd när vi väl kommer för att hjälpa er (gratis, på våran fritid).
Ja vi har valt att ta en roll i staff här och vi måste inte göra detta, men vi skulle hellre se att ni spelare respekterade varandra/oss nog för att inte bråka var 5e minut så att vi behöver lösa saker mitt i natten när vi vill göra annat.
Så snälla snälla spelare, kan ni tänka 2 extra gånger innan ni tar ett beslut som inte är så smart, ha en godare ton i teamspeak mot varandra och försöka att lösa små skitsaker mellan er själva på ett moget sätt, ha respekt för dina medspelare och kom ihåg att bakom varje APD, Rebell, Civ eller Kavalatroll så finns en människa exakt som du som är här för att ha roligt och spela på sin fritid. Detta är inte verkliga livet, ta inte allt på sånt blodigt allvar och slappna av lite, alla är här för att fly verkligheten en stund för att spela ArmA och ha det roligt med vänner, alla med olika anledningar och bakgrunder. Ibland så uppstår situationer som blir hettade och det förstår jag, sånt händer, men snälla försök att vara snälla mot varandra och andra spelare och tänk på att staff inte är robotar så kommer atmosfären på CvGaming bli så mycket bättre!.

Sen kan ni inte engagea sådär fort, man hört inte ens hela engagen, tänk på det! För detta var inte en korrekt engage.

Men @Morio, även fast ni inte hörde hela engagen så förstod ni att ni hade blivit engageade och spelar "dumma" istället och låtsas som att ni inte hör engagen, vilket inte heller är riktigt okej.. plus att RDM ger aldrig KOS, så när du väljer att skjuta tillbaka så accepterar du fighten. Du skriver att du inte hade något annat val, men du skulle kunna låta oss ta hand om situationen eller ta det med dem efteråt istället, för nu har du också gjort fel.

Först och främst, riktigt kul att se att så många är inne o spelar igen!

Servern rullar på bra med såklart finns de saker att förbättras.
Lite förslag från oss i Devious: (Civ relaterat)
1. Fixa "Kicked off", Något som händer lite då o då utav någon vidare anledning.
2. Lägga till en ATM på bandit.
3.Ta bort lite onödiga farming alternativ, i nuläget så är kartan helt proppad med irrelevanta farming alternativ, bättre att minska antalet och balansera de som redan existerar (more isn't always better)  Ta bort: Bomb?, Fish, Öl, etc...
4. Att se till att alla som beger sig till bandit ska se till att ha väst, har man råd med mk20 har man råd med väst.
5. Lägga in Weed. Weed är så ikonisk så de är indirekt ett måste att de kommer in.
6. Ta bort Schemag från Gang hideout och lägg in dem i Bandit istället. Schemag är något som representerar rebeller, därav ska de vara lite svårare att få tag på.
6.5 Lägg till Balaclavas i Gang hideout istället.
7. TA BORT FARTKAMEROR! Eller så att man blir wanted av polisen än att konstant förlora 5k. 
8. Lägg till fler talent options, Tex: mer yield per plock, Att mat/vatten drainar långsammare, Discount i diverse shops etc.
 
Lite mer kontroversiella förslag:
Ta bort Mk20 från gang hideout. Mk20 är ett utav de bästa vapnerna som finns tillgängligt på servern. Med bra firerate och låg rekyl så går den att jämföras med en noob friendly katiba. Därav tycker vi den är för stark för att kosta 200k i ett gang hideout, som vem som helst kan ta över. Att ta bort Mk20 och lägga tillbacka TRG-21. Ett lite sämre alternativ men ett mer passande.
Gold trader. Under fed så brukar clusterfuck nivån nå sin peak. Men i nuläget så ligger Gold trader i en Warzone, vilket betyder att vem som helst kan lägga sig i. 
Så antingen får KoS zonen vara avstängd medans fed är igång eller så får den flyttas.
