2v2 hunter event!

Regler:
 eventet går ut på att två spelare från varje lag hoppar in i en hunter och försöker döda sina motståndare på en plats där vi har utsett. några regler är att man tar gear från sin egen ficka och ingen looting på motståndarna man dödat. man får max ha 6.5 då högre kalibrer ger ett överdrivet stort övertag, denna regel är samt för att vissa spelare kanske inte har lika bra grejer som andra och detta event vill vi ska vara så jämt som möjligt.

Vi möts vid drug dealern i salt lake och alla spelare som deltar i eventet måste vara där senast 17:45!

Please type here: Brando started as a medic trainee, a quit innocent medic trainee. He started helping severel gangs around altis and the police and the medical staff did not like it, they tought he was corrupt. Brando kept working as a medic but he had many eyes on him, including police,medic staff and several gangs. He worked as a medic a long time and he became a respected medic. But after a while he decided to leave after stress and needed to take care of his family.

I (Humle) was going to buy a lvl 3 vest from [BKG] Joaquìn Gusmán and we agreed on a price of 1 million. Then after Gusman took the vest from his house he came to me and we agreed again on 1 million. I paid him the money and he didnt drop the vest. He said the price was 1.4 million. I gave him the 400 000 dollar more becuase he didnt want to give me refund of the million that i gave him first. Then when Gusman dropped the vest his friend [BKG] Mehmot (CyrusJR) took the vest immediately and i didnt have a chance to pick it up or to ask him to put in to my car.
After that i get really mad and start knocking him down and tell him to drop the vest or ill keep knocking him. He doesnt want to drop the vest until later in the video where he drops the vest in the middle of the airport and screams "the first one to pick it up keeps it" i pick it up first luckely and now i get a banrequest where mehmot cut out the important part where he doesnt drop the vest or where he steals it. 
Things i want to happen: 
BKG nearly gets a banrequest daily, they keep destroying the fun of arma. They are heavy dupers and should be banned as soon there is evidence. I would like them to get a ban for this scamming and trolling. I DONT WANT A REFUND FOR MY 400K I JUST WANT THEM BANNED. they bring nothing new or good to the server, they troll and take every chance to break the rules if they know they can get away with it. Please feel free to ban them. I swear alot and disrespect them, i wont defend my words or the knocking but i got really mad and dissapointed since it takes awhile to farm 1.4 million. I play this game to have fun with friends and i dont want to have to record everything but if i wouldt record this they would have gotten away with it. What if they scam some new player that spent all of his money on this vest, you would loose that player.

TIMESTAMPS:
10:10 - Joaquin arrives and we start with the deal. I give him the money.
10:45 - Since we couldnt agree on a price. I ask him for the money back and he says no.
11:00 - Mehmot arrives.
11:35 - I tell him i'll give him 400k more so he doesnt leave with my vest.
11:50 - He drops the vest and Mehmot steals the vest directly. He gave me no chance to tell him to leave it in the car
12:01 - i say "give me the f***ing vest." Mehmot says "I found it on the ground, goodbye."
12:07 - I wait for him to drop the vest if he was joking. He ask me if i want to buy it from him... and i knock him so he doesnt leave with the vest.
13:41 - I give him another chance to drop the vest if he was joking with me.
18:15 - Mehmot tries to give the vest to IS-B Pim and then he says "The one who takes it first gets the vest. Right infront of IS-B Pim"

@Stefan ni har definitivt inte 90% rätt, ni har fått refunda ett flertal gånger och även suttit av bans. 
Men det är irrelevant här, tråden låst.

Okej, att träffas i en safezone och komma överens om en deal sen springa iväg med sakerna är straight up trolling och inte acceptabelt.
Hur kan ni tycka att erat betéende är okej här? och jag håller med @MHL att om detta sker mot en ny spelare eller någon annan för den delen så kanske de lämnar när dom ser nivån på spelare som er.
 
Ni har fått flera chanser på er nu och vi har låtit er komma undan med refunds och varningar, detta är sista droppen för mig.
Båda anklagade kommer att få sitta av 4 dagar för Heavy Trolling / Scamming, detta är även min ban och jag kan redan säga nu att alla appeals ni gör under 4 dagar är en auto decline så slösa inte tid, lär er istället att uppföra er på våran server.

[N.L.A] 
National Liberation Army
 
After many attacks on the A.R.A island by the A.P.D and the help of NATO they are now gone and wiped from the island. The
disappearance of A.R.A and the destruction of their work now created a large hole in the illegal business on Altis. The A.P.D
quickly cut down on illegal crimes & trades, now getting more control of the island. Citizens of Altis has been abused and
executed for crimes as this is their way of scaring any other citizen not to get into illegal trading. The gangs that still fight for
their independence & right to farm and carry firearms, fight back against A.P.D daily but not with much success. Some fights are
won but the majority is lost. The A.P.D does not respond lightly against the gangs, using military grade vehicles and weapons to
brutally murder any civilian breaking the law. There is not much stopping them and this calls for help, the citizens of Altis is
getting more and more restraint and soon the A.P.D will control the whole island. But what many doesn't know is that there is an
old rebel faction that still is operational and has acquired the old A.R.A plans on how they invaded Pyrgos. The N.L.A has been
operating in the dark for a long time, both recruiting gang members and corrupt police officers. Corrupt politicians has kept their
tracks covered and made sure that their guerilla base in the mountains of NW Altis has not been found. Now with updated plans
on how to attack Pyrgos they are preparing for a full scale attack against the A.P.D. This has come to be known as the Attack of
the Pyrgos Gulf. It lasted for weeks and was one of the most deadliest fights on Altis, even deadlier than the last attack on the
A.R.A. It first seemed to be a victory to the A.P.D but this was not the case. After 3 weeks of fighting the A.P.D gave up and their
last resources being sent back to Kavala. The Attack of the Pyrgos Gulf had a total of 234 casualties, almost 100 of these being
innocent civilians living in the town trying to escape. In frustration the N.L.A kept the attacks coming and soon they had
established 2 outposts. One of these on Molos Airfield and another hidden close to Kavala.
 
Agenda
The [N.L.A] is an army of the people and they will protect all civilians who follow their agenda.
The [N.L.A] can and will use lethal force against anyone who tries to oppose them.
The [N.L.A] strive for full controll over drugs & arms trading.
The [N.L.A] will not tolerate civilian groups who try to take controll over drugs/weapons.
The [N.L.A] will not tolerate taxing by civilians (but will probably tax themselves).
The [N.L.A] are in charge in the Rebel Town, and if you do not behave you will be shot on sight.
The [N.L.A] do not take trespassing lightly.
The [N.L.A] will use methods such as: Kidnapping, Blackmailing, Extortion and more.
 
Rebel Town
The Rebel Town is a safezone for rebels and civilians, the cops are not welcome there.
But beware, if the cops get shot at inside the Rebel Town, they will answer the fire against any non-police they see.

Everyone meets up at the island by the designated time and I will go through how it all works once again.
It's recommended you arrive without any gear.

 

How will it work?

1. Everyone gets 3 minutes to go and hide somewhere on the island.
2. After those 3 minutes, me and TBD will go and try to kill the survivors.
3. The three last survivors will each get a prize.
4. ???
5. Profit.

1st place - 1x CMR-76 with mags, 1x LVL 2 Vest
2nd place - 1x LVL 3 Vest, 1x LVL 2 Vest, 1x LVL 1 Vest
3rd place - 1x CAR-95 with mags, 1x LVL 1 Vest
 
Rules:
No hiding in the water or bugged inside objects.
We will track everyone who dies so it's not worth trying to rejoin the event.
Breaking any of these rules will result in an Event-BAN.

 

I think some of these things are already in the developers sight and people are looking into how stuff like this can be solved.
One thing i react to is your suggestion about the DMS sight, sure its a really good sight but you have to think about the big picture, do we really want to take back those really long range fights with people sniping from 1km+ away? and especially with the silencers brought back to the server it would be nearly impossible to know where the shots are coming from, contributing to a frustrating and ''empty'' style of gameplay.
DMS is a fun sight, but in the long run when everyone has 10 of them, the sniper fights will ensue and thats where the fun ends, atleast in my opinion.
And people can argue that they should be put on high faction ranks or whatever to restrict them, but its going to be the same thing anyway, it will only take a little longer for everyone to get their hands on them, but people will 100% have them in the end.

Not an admin but I just wanted to share my opinion regarding your post either way.
 
Having logs for every single thing you move out of a container would be an extreme effort to keep track of unless you somehow managed to exclude everyone moving loot out of their own boxes. However, I dont know if buglooting is such a frequent issue that it would be worth making a script dedicated to just this purpose. If it is a script that is easily made and implemented it might be worth it, but I am no coding expert within arma.
 
The kick bug: Good point, not sure if it is serversided or if it is something to do with arma itself. Developers might know better than me here.
Farming routes: Legal farming routes has always been a way for new players to make money and are supposed to be "low risk low reward".
I agree that they could buff opium and bomb making a little bit, but theyre not too bad actually. If you plan a route and maybe store the processed goods in your house, it might actually be worthwhile. 
Weed also got introduced this patch, so that will also most likely be a good alternative.
Ganghideout: Lets not add more stuff to ganghideout. It is a shop for low end gear, we do not need broken and overpowered gear compared to the rest of the weapons thats already available through killing a highly ranked officers/rebels; in a shop. You can already get this at the crypto blackmarket anyways, just seems like a shortcut if you ask me. Regarding ghilie suit, i think someones mentioned (unsure of who) that they will never come back to CvG. Correct me if I am wrong here! Maybe the trg-21 could go thru though, dont think anyone would have a problem with that.

Here is some suggestions that me fellow members of B has been thinking of.
 
Stuff we want to see change.
1. Fix buglooting.
What is buglooting? 
Buglooting is when you bug yourself in to someones house and steal all the loot in the chest(s). This means all of your loot gets lost and most of the times you can't get a refund unless you have your loot on record. 
The fix? I (Humle) suggest logs as the fix for this. How would this logs work? Let's say i bugloot someones house. The logs would record me opening the box and i would get banned as soon as the player in the house notices that someting is missing. The logs would record and save my name, id and perhaps ip.  
2. Fix kick bug. This bug kicks you randomly from the server which leads to loss of gear and can lead to loss of a vehicle (heli, airplane etc). 
3. Balance the farming and fix the worthless farm.
As Devious previously stated Right now everybody either does cocaine with airplane or guns with helicopter. Perhaps make farming with truck such ass HEMTT or ZAMAK more profitable since it takes more commitment compared to airplane or heli. 
4. Create a casino!
This would be a fun option to making money and would give some more option to just farming or robbing. I would suggest Blackjack or roulette since i know there is already made up scripts.
5. Add more stuff to ganghideout. 
Someting fun that would make a difference ingame in playstyles (sniping, cqb etc) and would be new guns, clothing and attachments to guns.

Detta är ju bara jättekonstigt? SM skjuter på D's heli varpå D inte bryr sig så mycket och välja o dra, sen när D gör samma sak så börjar SM skjuta?.
Ni skjuter på varandras helis, och D skjuter på SM's heli när det inte ens är någon i den, det är inte en engage, och ingen engage = RDM.
[S.M] Har 24h på sig att refunda eventuella förluster (gear/heli), händer inte det så öppnar vi upp denna tråden igen, tack o hej.

Jag tycker att de flesta eventen är kul. Men man skulle kunna göra pvp eventen mer fair genom att alla får ha samma vapen t.ex. mk20 och lvl1 väst. Då kanske fler skulle delta eftersom att alla har inte hus och även nya spelare på servern skulle kunna delta.
För mig spelar det inte så stor roll vilket event det är eftersom jag försöker delta i alla men jag skulle vilja se race event, transport event, go-kart event. Jag tycker även att ”Kill the president” var ett bra förslag. Även clip of the week.
2 event per vecka tycker jag där inte purge är medräknat.

This is a re-occurring competition that's set for every odd week. The point is to announce someone as the winner of "Clip of the Week". The clip will be judged by the Event promoters and a winner will be announced on Sunday of that week. Next round of entry is open until FRIDAY 2019-01-18. And a winner will be announced SUNDAY 2018-01-20.
