I was online at this moment so i know what happened. I asked stefan to leave the area and he did. They also was online 8+ for a very short period of time. There was no fuss about it and they complied. Also, they have resolved this internally by releaving Stefan of his dutys, for good. (i have also had a conversation with remaining TU on teamspeak).

Landberg will recive 3 days ban for RDM (with emphases on No English when robbing, To little time given for user to comply and straight up killing you when you have your hands up).

This is a strange case indeed! If that ATM is marked on the map its a SafeZone and all ATM's at hospitals are marked..... So, to take this situation from the start: 1. You are engaging cop from hospital 2. Someone sneaks up behind you 3. You turn (then turn quickly back, remember Netlatency and desync) 4. Death If step 1 or 3 never happened you wouldnt have had this issue. I agree that its OK to use hospital like in Federal Reserve engagement (as it becomes a warzone). But then referring to these rules and trying to claim that someone broke them is just childish, you just broke it yourself. If you are stationed at the hospital in a firefight like this, then accept if you get engaged there. Nothing wrong has been done here so this request is declined

Say what? That is never the correct thing to do and something i always think its utterly bad behavior and lack of respect. Personally i would like to give you a trainwreck to the scrotum. As a precaution i have banned you 5 days so you dont show up killing our community players just for your own giggles. And as for TU. This is the second time someone makes a complaint about them playing together with others. In a case like this we would ban all of those online/involved but as silver has been their member for a long time and was about to leave for personal reasons, i dont see it as necessary. He already got a precaution ban above that would cover 1 day ban for 5 guys. Case Closed

I will decline your request to have your ban lifted. Repeated offense, then you comment stuff that isnt even correct. It was me that permanent banned you, not Afriel and there are several other things that you are trying to discuss away or blame. You are in no position to discuss these matters, you can simply apologies for your actions. The behavior you had after these bans was very rude against several admins and therefor i will not lift your ban. And you have failed to see the damage you made, the problem you caused. All i see is excuses. I personally believe that this behavior can not be fixed in your case. I will, however, bring this appeal with me to next admin meeting to see if anyone feel you should be granted a 8th chance. If that happens, I will personally comment on this thread. No use to send pm's or making new appeals.

So. Switching between gangs to co-operate during fed/bandit or other illegal activities is not allowed (based on each incident depending who did the offense and in what extent). As mention before, i do agree that you are allowed to play with your friends in slackhours and when you are alone online, but if you are in a established gang on the server it dosent look to good when you are jumping between the top 2 gangs and then do bandit/fed. TU Arre have apologized, explained the situation and reassured us all it wont happen again. Afriel have had a chat with them on Teamspeak. Next time there will be a 1-5 days ban depending on what you are doing when breaking the rule. Try to stick to the rules and we will live happily ever after. Hello. It looks to me that this is kinda obvious what they are doing. This is not OK and is breaking the core concept of gangs in Altis Life. As the post above me mentions, its a direct violation of the rules. I can however understand that sometimes you want to play with your friends and that sometimes boundaries outside the game extends futher then the tag infront of your name. This is the first request we get so i just want to run this one through with other admins before we respond for future references. Ill leave this thread open for a few more incase the people accused have something to add, so please everyone, avoid a big discussion and we will see what comes out the other end.

This issue was resolved between Arre and Shockinizer. much rejoice, the mature way to go! He is now unbanned. I also got alot of attention/pms regarding this ban specifically. In the evidence supplied (in this thread and via PM's) it was clear that it was 2 different situations placed far between, and the 2 aggressors died and there was no one to carry the word forward (new life). if the evidence had showed a firefight with multiple gangmembers and some of them survive, then they can continue fighting for 15min as "All gangs under same tag"-rule and "in combat"-rules applies. But this was judge on evidence supplied and there was no indication/mentioning that there was surviving gangmembers that travled to destination x.

After reading this thread i can state the following: 1. Police dont blow vehicles up. But atm there is a impoundlot for civilian vehicles to increase some RP scenarios for the civ/cop interactions. They shouldnt use it as a leverage to extort anyone. Ever. But they are allowed to destroy the vehicle unless its being picked up or the price is payed when you show up at copstation wanting your vehicle back. 2. If you kill the cops in the situation before you lost your vehicle, then expect it to be sent to the scrapyard straight away. So this ban-request is declined.
