    How to make a banrequest (template)

    • Create a new topic like this: "[ban request] *In-Game name of offender*".  (ie:  [ban request]  Badcheater_001)
       
    • Use following template. Answer the questions and statements.

              Request Information
              Name: *Your in-game name*
              Offender-Name: *Offender's in-game name* (both ark-name and steam-name if possible)
              Offender-Position: *Offender's in-game position* (map)
              Date: YYYY-MM-DD - <Time it happened>
              Reason: Explain your point of view as much as in-depth as possible. If you have any proof of the users guilt in form of links, post them here.

       
    • Wait patiently for a response.

    Instruktionerna jag fick:

     

    1) Download and Install the Launcher. If you have issues, you may find help here.
    2) Run the Launcher
    3) Create a user account in the Launcher using the provided Key Code.
    4) Share this code and invite your friends!
    5) You are now set to enjoy Burstfire!

  6. Teamspeak rollback

    Today when I got in contact with the server-host and told them that our teamspeakserver went down yesterday they tried to start it again without success.

     

    Then they tried to overwrite the server with a backup.. (yeah theres the problem)

     

    Thats why we are currently in a very old backup but hopefully we will be able to restore the main parts very soon.

     

     

    This also resulted in a lot of users beeing locked out of their own channels..

    Contact a moderator or administrator and they will help you out when they have time.

     

     

    I am sorry that this occurred but it was not our fault :/

    I will take a look and see how we can compensate you since this affected your experience at CvGaming and the gameplay at our server.

    För dem som inte vet vad Dustin Home  mässan är citerar jag från hemsidan:

  16. Teamspeak channel auto-remove

    Today I have setup a function on teamspeak that will delete all sub-channels of "Own Channels" and "Clan/Gang" that are older than 168hours (1 week).

     

    This is to give teamspeak a better overview and delete old clans that is no longer in use.

    Also this gives the admins a better chance of giving you your own channel since we do not need to concern about when to delete it.

     

    (It also helps me with some new software I am working with).

     

    Hope this doesn't affect teamspeak negatively.

    How to find a user on teamspeak

     

    Yes, the teamspeak has grown and there are ALOT of channels.

     

    Now a days it takes time to find users and people ask me where some user is.

     

    So now I am going to teach you some magic which you can teach everyone who ask's you the same question.

     

    1. Click anywhere in the teamspeak channel-tree (does not work in the chat)
    2. CTRL + F
    3. A search-field will appear, make sure it says "search tree" and not "search chat"
    4. Enter the username of any user online and teamspeak vill highlight the person for you

     

    No this is not magic, that was a joke.

    This is a built in feature of teamspeak :)

  22. Mailserver down [SOLVED]

    After many hours of working I found the problem with the mailserver and everything should be fine now and forever ^^

     

    If you still belive there is a problem/error please sent me a PM on the website or Teamspeak.

    I have changed so all mail go through gmail.

    So if the mails look alittle different than before you know why.
