    Yes that is the first rule, but you still have to give a ultimatum otherwise lethal action won't be justified. If you had read all of the rules you would have come across this one:  If you are in a gang you must start your robbery with "THIS IS THE GANGNAME" For an example: This is the NLF, put your hands up or we open fire.

    And also, regarding the first rule. What was the choice, Put down their weapons or? you didn't state anyting about what would happen if they didn't do as you told. If they didn't choose to put their weapons down, what would happen? You need to inform the part that you are robbing abput ther choices.

    Om man nu får för sig att råna en civil som kör koppar, istället för att ta allt, ta bara kanske kopparn men låt hans saker och truck vara kvar så att det inte blir som en wipe, det handlar ju inte om att man inte ska få råna, men man får ha lite känsla, Större gäng bör ge sig på gäng i sin egen storlek. Om man som gäng är ute efter respekt från de civila så får man den knappast igenom att råna Harald, då kanske man ska ge Cv-D eller RU en omgång istället.
